NEK Suites - Adults Only

L’endroit était merveilleux ! La suite est très très bien équipée, la piscine était superbe et nous avions deux chaises longues devant notre porte face a la piscine. Et par dessus tout, Athina (la femme de ménage) était merveilleuse. Toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins et vraiment très sympathique. Elle va beaucoup nous manquer.

Nous y avons séjourné 10 jours, nous avons eu un superbe accueil d’Athina, l’endroit est très propre, calme et la piscine est géniale!
La suite est très bien équipé et Athina vient tous les jours nettoyer et demander si on a besoin de quelque chose, elle a été au petits soins avec nous durant tout le séjour! Nous avons également vu le propriétaire Nikos qui nous a demandé si tout se passait bien. L’emplacement est très bien situé, à 10min de la canée et juste à côté du café « Carte postale » qui a une superbe vue.
Je ne peux que recommander, nous avons passé un super séjour 🫶🏻

Amazing pool and friendly staff:)

The first praise to note is a wonderful lady called Athena who takes care of you while you’re staying there. She was totally invaluable to the property with her friendly greetings in the morning, giving you suggestions of where to visit, keeping the apartment clean for you and always making sure you have everything you need. She is a joy to be around and has such a kind soul making you feel like no request is an imposition. Nikos (the owner) is extremely polite and always on hand to help you with any question you have, he constantly gave all the answers I needed (even the ones that were already laid out for me when I didn’t see them) and made us feel very welcome. The complex is located a 12 minute drive from Chania Old Town which is ideal! The facilities are extremely clean and practical, you’re given cooking equipment and utensils and some coffee & sugar to get you started which was super helpful! The shower is SUPERIOR the water flow is the perfect amount you feel so clean and revitalised. There is plenty of natural light throughout the apartment but also heavy curtains to help black out the light when you’re asleep! The outside door feels very secure which is reassuring although the area itself feels extremely safe. The pool is so refreshing the water isn’t heavy with chlorine so it feels lovely. The sunbeds are great with a parasol and the balcony is really lovely to sit out on. Most of the us guests said hello to each other and would make conversation which really added to our stay :)

Great location, Athena was so helpful and on hand for whatever you need. Great rooms, pool and close to mini market and restaurants with stunning views. Felt safe and secure.

We had an incredible stay at Nek Suites - I was slightly worried at the lack of tripadvisor reviews but on Booking.com (where |booked) there was many glowing reviews so went ahead.
The apartments are stunning, very clean and modern - full kitchen, shower is 10/10, balcony, the bed is one of the best hotel beds we've stayed in - my partner and I slept like babies! Full aircon upstairs and down, plenty of closet space (and hangers) for us both. WiFi, TV - 1 could go on!
The pool area was bigger than I was expecting with lovely outside beds. It's a quiet area and many of the other guests were similar to us, adult couples ages around 25-45 I would guess.
There's street parking available. It's a 10 minute drive into town.
24 hour check in was great for us as we arrived late. Athena was very helpful and kept the rooms spotless.
Highly recommend trying the cafes nearby - Carte Postale and Koukouvaya (our favourite) have incredible views.
Overall 10/10!
