Pros:

We were hoping to see Aurora during our stay. We could only book 1 night. We only had a 12% chance but we were lucky and we did see Aurora. It seems like many do not so we felt blessed to see the Aurora.

Cons:

I was hoping to see Icelandic horses nearby but they were across the stream and a fence.

Quiet cottages in a pastoral setting outside of Hella.
Pros:

Farm guesthouse in the middle of sweeping fields and pasture next to a stream and horses. Very good breakfast and dinner at the Hotel. Cottages were comfortable.

Késő este érkeztünk, a recepción már éppen indulni készültek - de a kulcsunk ki volt készítve, és utánunk még legalább 6 vendég érkezhetett késő este...

Cons:

A víznek kellemetlen szaga volt, a szoba meglehetősen kicsi, a falak pedig papírvékonyak.
Sajnos egy meglehetősen hangos fiúkból álló csapat érkezett mellénk, akik miatt az alvás egy jó ideig nehezített volt.

Nice place
Pros:

We honestly didn’t expect the restaurant at this hotel to be so surprisingly good! The food was absolutely delicious and definitely exceeded our expectations.
The property itself is beautiful and such a lovely place to stay. We even got to feed the cute Icelandic horses, which was such a fun experience. Our room and terrace faced the sunset, so the views were simply amazing — and at night, it was also a perfect spot to watch the Northern Lights.

Cons:

The only downside was the wind on one of the nights. It was extremely strong and quite loud outside, which made it difficult to sleep
