The location was nice, quiet.

The executive suite is really big! Master’s bed is a super huge King size bed! Bedding’s are soft, clean & smells good! So is the mattress! We slept through the night even with the soft karaoke songs of locals in the nearby neighborhood.
We even have a powder room, extra restroom with toilet and sink by the entrance of our room. Though the toilet has to be fixed. Broken toilet & seat is unscrewed already. Needs replacement I gathered.
Generally, everything’s good!
Though the breakfast which is included in our booking needs to be improved. All five days are Filipino breakfast. Daily processed food is always included (hotdogs, corned beef, salami, longganisa or ham). Cereals, soup or. Porridge, fruits (all these 5days stay the fruit is always watermelon! Pancake, bread & butter & jam (daily!!). Chef should be creative & at least make the jam sweet not sour! Cheese is easy to serve. Single sliced Cheddar will be a nice bread partner. I mean we can get a gourmet breakfast elsewhere that would even cost us less and satisfied! And will
Not forget to include in our breakfast spread some vegetable salad with a simple dressing to start our day right!
The swimming pool. The beds were comfortable. The staff were good.
The check in experience rates as the worst I had experienced, and I have been travelling for 50 years.I arrived early at 12 midday, and done all the paper work, I was told to come back at 3 pm for the keys, as that is the check in time. I got back at 3 pm but had to line up for 40 minutes , just to get the keys. By the day I got back to the room it's nearly 4pm. The first day nearly gone. The breakfast is mostly filipino. Its far from the beach.

They allowed us for an early check in with a fee & it's okay since we had an early flight that day. The staff are great they always greet you whenever they see you. It's also convenient that it has a mall with it. No need to go outside/far, you just have to go down & get some stuff.
The food. The choices are very limited.
I like the pool but we could not use it as it was under maintenance and no one told us so that was no for me
Too far from everything especially we like to walk but was too hot

The beach was close,and because the resort is part of a mall,there was many option for food shopping!
The pool was dirty!When i booked this hotel,they said robes,and slippers are available in the room,there was none!I asked the receptionist 3 times to have a hairdryer,after 2 days we received it!I have never ever experienced a poor breakfast options like in this “resort”,and everything was rare and tasteless! There was only 1 salt and pepper shaker in the whole restaurant for hundreds of guests!
We use to stay different places on different islands on the philippines,but i never seen anthing like this even in the middle of nowhere!

power cuts in middle of the night I had to run out to the staff at 3am as nobody was fixing the issue
room was smelly and was given another option which smelt just as bad and told no other rooms available
I requested a refund on one night as couldn’t sleep and was left alone in pitch black room with no updates from any staff but I never heard back from the hotel
The hotel is nice.
But their system is the worse! You have to wait to precheck in for 2 hrs. Then wait again for one hr to check in. During check out you also have to wait 1 hr before they check your room if you’re good to leave. The worst!
The pools are fab. The bar and bar food is very good.
They will not allow any check im before 3 pm. Whilst this is is stated when booking it creates a problem at 3pm with so many people then trying to check in.
Checkout also took over an hour. Many customers were complaining.
They appeared to be short of staff as staff were away on training courses.

Far enough from the city core. Shopping mall on site. Really nice and comfortable bed.
Housekeeping was unsatisfactory. Very loud roosters and dogs 24/7. Loud music across the hotel every night. Only one of 3 elevators working. Long waits. Horrible breakfast. Ate twice of our 10 day stay.

My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay! The hotel was exceptionally neat, clean, and spacious, which made it feel like a true sanctuary. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s a perfect setup for couples looking for comfort and great service. Truly worth every penny for the experience we had!
Honestly, everything was so well-maintained and the service was so seamless that we didn't have any complaints. Our stay was perfect from start to finish.
