Driving away.
We booked this property for two nights (08–10 Jul 2026) and never even made it through check-in. There was no parking available on arrival, so we had to unload our bags in a nearby permit zone. While doing this, we were surrounded by a group of youths who tried to take our belongings. It was frightening, and my partner was too shaken to remain anywhere near the property afterwards.
We had no choice but to abandon the booking on the spot and find alternative accommodation elsewhere in London, at our own cost and with zero notice.
To be clear: I'm not saying every guest will have this experience, and I understand this can happen anywhere in a big city. But this property gave us no guidance on parking, no safe way to unload, and no support in the moment. For a hotel in this location, that's a serious failure of basic guest safety and care.
We've been chasing a refund since 10 July but the hotel refuses to even respond." I'd think very carefully before booking here.
Cleanliness, easy access
The staff kindly upgraded our room free of charge as I booked one with a shared bathroom not realising. So we ended up with our own bathroom. Which was very good of them

I was informed that I would receive check in instructions and entry codes prior to my stay. I never received any of these. I texted the property multiple times and never received a response. I also spoke with a customer service representative who said they would look into my situation and get back to me I never heard back, so I booked a room somewhere else. Ipaid in full ahead of time and this was the service that I received. I expect a full refund and will be contacting my credit card company to have them help me get it.
