I liked that the hotel had a swimming pool where my father could relax and rest beside the pool during his knee treatment in Bangkok. The availability of breakfast and food options within the hotel was also very convenient and helpful, especially for my parents during their stay. The overall environment was comfortable and made their recovery period more enjoyable.
The location was convenient for accessing the hospital, which was the main reason for our stay. However, it was quite far from shopping areas, and there were limited shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. This made it less convenient when we needed to buy additional items or explore the area.

Everything was clean,nice swimming pool and very helpful staff. 7 eleven nearby
The staff, they were fantastic! We ordered food which was freshly prepared on a couple of days too. I also had a massage which I recommend. We checked out but didn’t leave til late in the day and we were able to use the pool and facilities until we left, brilliant! There’s also a few shops around and a market in the evening.
The rooms are a tad dated and the balcony is a box which you can’t sit out on.

Lovely welcoming staff who are clearly hardworking but also give off a laid back attitude. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked amazing. Our bed was super comfortable and the room featured a huge fridge.
The rooms could do with a little updating / refurbishing.

The scenery and the actually location was unexpected. The rooms not as nice as I thought may be. It was logged as a five star hotel I would rate 3 as max.
