Не смотря на недостатки описаные ниже нам отель понравился. Это хорошее предложение за свои деньги. Очень отзывчивый и добродушный персонал, который помогал решать все наши проблемы и отвечал на все вопросы.

Cons:

Ремонт в отеле довольно старый (были проблемы со светом, но персонал помог решить. Прямоперед нашим отъездом сломался кондиционер из-за того, что хладогент не был вовремя заменен. Сантехника в ванной и двери на балкон требуют обслуживания)
Завтрак не очень разнообразный и вкусный.

Per ANNALISA: Ah eri tu che bussavi alla parete appena siamo entrate in stanza? Incivile e maleducata sarai tu, ed anche insofferente e intollerante. Fatti una vita tesoro piuttosto che utilizzare recensioni di Booking per sfogare le tue frustrazioni.

Zimmer im Keller somit nicht passend.

Das Zimmer war im Keller. Das kleine Fenster nicht öffenbar. Sehr klein war es ebenfalls. Nie wieder. Gemäss Infoservice hies es bitte wende dich an Booking weil nirgends Keller Stand und Economy Zimmer. Bitte aufpassen

Pros:

Отдыхала в одиночку в мае на 3 дня. Приехала в 9 утра утра и сразу же заселили (за что отдельное спасибо). Встретила меня очень милая девушка из Украины, все помогла и рассказала, за что ей спасибо. Владелец тоже был очень милый, как и все администраторы.
Номер был просторный, был выход на балкончик (грязноват, но он и не заявлен). Вода горячая (прям кипяток если на такое любители) шла без проблем.
Номер чистый, мебель целая, уборка каждый день. Сразу была водичка примерно 0,25л, каждый день не обновляли, но можно купить у них. И в принципе есть функция заказа еды/напитков. Для удобства в отеле есть так же лифт.
Расположение удобное, вечером тихо

Cons:

Если соседи хлопают дверью, то все услышите, так же как и если они будут говорить на коридоре (но мне повезло, было лишь один раз).

Pros:

Il personale è tra il più gentile e premuroso incontrato prima, ci hanno accompagnati al transfer per l'aeroporto portando le nostre valigie.
La posizione è ottima, a pochissimi minuti dal centro e da una fermata del tram.
La colazione è variegata e si trova un po' di tutto.

Cons:

Per la colazione, non prendete l'espresso perché sembra caffè d'orzo, meglio un buon tè locale.
L'albergo è datato, dalle camere si sentono i rumori e le voci dalle camere attigue. Questo soprattutto con dei clienti poco civili, come è capitato a noi(4 ragazze italiane davvero maleducate).
Il wc ha una seduta altissima, così come sono alti i ganci per gli asciugamani. Non c'è l'asciugacapelli.
Per i soldi spesi in una città come istanbul, va benissimo.

Pros:

L'albergo è posizionato ottimamente, vicino a diversi monumenti e in prossimità della linea di tram T1; si trova in una strada calma, e la notte si dorme tranquilli.
Pulizia ok.
Staff molto cortese.

Cons:

La stanza familiare è inadeguata per 4 persone: è troppo piccola e manca di spazi in cui riporre le proprie valigie.
La colazione non è granché, soprattutto la parte dolce.
