Grand Hotel Sunny Beach - All Inclusive

Big rooms with great showers. Room cleaning good. Staff all very polite and the kids entertainer looked after our girls great.

We stayed here for one week had a fab time, great location, beach just out the gate and plenty of shops around and more opened as the week went on. Stayed on the 11th floor with the most amazing sea view. The hotel staff helpful and cleaners do a great job too. It was the second time of coming here really enjoyed our stay.

Great last minute get away for half term. Everything that we needed. Clean and great for exploring the area both walking and using the public transport.

Stayed at the grand hotel for the first time. Location is perfect, right beside the beach and rooms are clean and modern. Great value for money. Food and entertainment is good. Overall a great atmosphere and great stay. Will definitely be coming back.

The Grand Hotel in sunny beach was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect as it was close to the places we wanted to be.
The rooms were neat and tidy and very comfortable with very little outside noise.
We had booked to stay for the week with all inclusive and was great value for money.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating which helped with our stay.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel has nice rooms, friendly staff and amazing location.

This was our first visit to Bulgaria, the staff made us feel welcome and provided and exceptional service and even had a packed lunch waiting for us on our arrival at midnight.
The meal selection is fabulous so many options for every taste. Our kids that are fussy eaters always had a full belly after meal times. The hotel is clean and tidy and with top notch service on every occasion.
The evening entertainment is fun for everyone and kept us all entertained all evening.

A stay that me and my partner enjoyed. We will be back. Overall we had a lovely experience, there were some noisy kids that were annoying some times and the food could be better for English but everything else was nice. The staff are hardworking and always friendly

This is our first time in sunny beach for me and my partner. I could say that we enjoyed it. The weather was not as amazing as it is in later June, and July, as we understood from the people here, but it was lovely stay. There were still many sunny days to go around. Plenty to see. The food was okay for the money we pay. The entertainment was nice, the staff are brilliant and all the people on reception were ready to hell us any time. Will be back to the grand!

Almost time to go back, because my vacation is over but I will definitely return. Hotel is awesome. You get a lot for the money you pay. The rooms are nice and clean, staff are amazing, especially Hristi, the front office manager who is always helpful and cheerful. The lady on the bar is also very nice although I do not know her name. The location is next to the center of the city and everything is around. I will defer return.

Cleanliness throughout Hotel, amazing views. Will definitely book here again.

This hotel is right on the beach and is close by the shops and nightlife. Flower Street where nightlife is, is a 5 min walk. Very handy
The hotel is clean and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was provided with daily Fresh towels and our beds were changed several times during the week.
Our room was on the top floor with excellent views over Sunny Beach.
The pool is small but adequate. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from, but there wouldn't be in High Season. But the beach is right there with lots and lots of sunbeds and umbrellas.
Food was always plentiful and hot and fresh. Lots of choice

The hotel was very clean throughout with no complaints at all regarding cleanliness. Our rooms were modern, comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard by the hardworking cleaning staff.

The staff around the pool, bar and restaurant areas were always friendly and welcoming which really added to the experience. The showers were excellent — always hot with great water pressure — and the WiFi worked well in all areas of the hotel which was a bonus.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and Flower Street where there are plenty of shops and stalls to browse. There is also a cheap bus to Nessebar for around €1 which is definitely worth visiting.

The only small downside for us was that during the second week the food choices started to feel a little repetitive, so we ended up eating out more often towards the end of our stay. That said, this is quite understandable during a longer stay and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would happily recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location and friendly atmosphere.

Hotel has a great atmosphere. The only thing I’d say that they could improve on is more and better entertainment, saying that it’s not full season yet.

The location was amazing right on the beach and not far from the main square but still loads of shops where we were.

We paid extra and booked a suite that came with a large balcony and sea view. The room was much larger than a standard hotel room, large tv mounted on the wall with the facility to use Netflix and prime this was a god send as it was so cold the first 4 days. The rooms nature hotel were absolutely immaculate and clean.

Unfortunately there was no atmosphere even when we did manage to sunbathe there was no music playing and the atmosphere was dead this was the same for the evening entertainment until I asked him to play some music. As the hotel was 98% English a good old game of bingo would have most definitely brought a happy and friendly vibe instead of everyone keeping themselves to themselves.

The food was the most disappointing and we did eat out quite a lot. Again the hotel was 98% English but the menu had not been tailored to the clientele and was very repetitive.

All in all the staff were amazing and could not do enough for you he even came to my room to help me do the air con … twice cos I forgot.

I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat if the food and menu was improved but had a fab stay
