The best hotel to stay in Helsinki
Pros:

This hotel is the best! Our second time here. We liked all! The nice and warm welcome the first day was amazing and the fact that they are flexible to leave our luggage or make check in even before, if the room is ready is excellent. Such an amazing service! Also the coffee haha 😅👌🏻 Really! In the little details you find the real quality, and this place is more than great, has everything! The beds, the slippers, towels, everything.. it's easy to arrive, excellent location, cozy, excellent price and the view 10/10.

Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable. Es un edificio de 100 años por lo que algunas limitaciones de espacio son esperables. La atención del personal muy bien y se puede dejar el equipaje (en horarios de recepción que son limitados). Los baños son compartidos pero están siempre limpios tanto ducha como lavabo y en la habitación hay un lavamanos por lo que no es ningún problema. La cocina también está limpia y completa y permite ahorrar un poco calentando comida allí.

Cons:

La habitación fue un poco caliente en verano como es de esperar, faltaría algún mueble de guardado en la habitación con cajones para que sea mas còmoda, y el horario de recepción si fuese más amplio sería perfecto. Pero está todo avisado previamente.

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa

Cons:

Tunkkainen ja kuuma huone joss onneton pieni sänky.
Joku kävi sulkemassa ikkunan mun poissaollessa kun olin avannut sen varta vasten tuulettaakseni ja viilentääkseni huoneen yötä vasten.

Tämä on asuntola eikä hotelli!

Could not access hotel, no staff present, bad service
Pros:

Was not able to stay because of entrance system

Cons:

The SMS entry did not work for us and the hotel staff was not responding when we arrived, which was before the 8pm time that they said the reception was staffed until. (We were there around 720)

They did not reply for over and hour and we had other engagements to attend.. so we had to hastily find other accommodations.

This was a very stressful and unpleasant experience, and completely unnecessary. They need to have staff present when they say there will be.

Then, when they finally did get back to us they did not apologize or offer a refund, they were defensive and rude.

Getting to your hotel and not being able to get inside is a terrible experience that causes a lot off stress. Bad business

Prisvärt hostel mitt i Helsingfors
Pros:

Läget, städning, prisvärt

Cons:

Borde heta Hostel och inte Hotel, pga. delat badrum/toalett. Bemanningen kort tid endast till 18.00. Gamla möbler och inga fläktar i rummen, vi fick låna världen minsta fläkt av deras verktygsrum.

Cons:

Двери открываются от смс отправленной на телефон,, пришлось помучится. Нет шкафа в комнате.
