Alguien entró a la habitación, había una llave puesta, la televisión y la luz encendida e incluso estuvieron revisando el equipaje, se avisó al personal y solo dijeron que ellos no sabían

The area or location the hotel is.

Cons:

First of all no Air Condition it was hot at night only with the ceiling fan. One of the bed was too close to the entrance door. No coffee pot at least. Staff needs a little more communication with customers. Room wasn’t that bad but killed a cockroach in the restroom. The toilet seat move a little bit.
