Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Amazing location, close to everything in Lucerne. Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen essentials, good size fridge and a dishwasher. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Check in was a little tricky as I hadn’t had an email from the hotel with a different booking reference to the booking.com one. However the staff in the coffee shop were able to give us this and then it was easy via the check in computer.

The location is perfect. We liked the hotel. I would have requested an en-suite room if I had know
Cons:

We had our own private bathroom. But what we didn’t expect was that the bathroom was across the hall. It stayed locked and we had the key. So, it was for our room. But, it was still a great inconvenience for older people to go across the hall in the middle of the night and unlock the bathroom. And also to cover up the night clothes in case someone else is walking the halls.

Pros:

Beautiful room with a lovely view over the roofs of Lucerne old town.

Cons:

The bathroom - while very stylish - would have benefitted from more light and mirror directly by the sink.

Good location with everything you need.
Pros:

The location is not far from the train station and has easy access to the pier. You can find a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and many of them are quite nice. The kitchenette in the room also makes our lives a lot easier as it is not quite as expensive to dine out.

Cons:

There isn't a lift in the hotel, so it was quite tiring on arrival, as we had quite heavy luggage. I stayed close to the laundry, so it was quite noisy at night because there were only a few washing machines and tourists tended to wash their clothes at midnight.

Nice location, helpfull staff on the phone, but the dirtiest place I have stayed in in years.
Pros:

check-in was smooth. location is perfect for a stroll in the city center. but that was about it.

Cons:

I expected a clean facility, but it was quit the opposite. Broken appliances in the kitchen, sticky floor and smelly surfaces everywhere. dust on every shelf and objects. very disgusting and overall uncomfortable feeling.

Pros:

位置在老城區內，走路可以到很多景點
房間夠大。冷氣夠冷。房內兩具電磁爐功率夠大。有足夠的餐具。插座很多

Cons:

附近沒有公車站。從車站走到旅館途中有不少階梯，旅館門口到電梯間也有階梯，對拉行李箱的旅客不方便。
房間內的抽油煙機不會把油煙抽出戶外，煮食後房間會留下很多食物味道。因為房間沒有衣櫥，油煙會殘留在衣物上。
只有廁所有衛生紙和小盒的面紙。
Check-in前與check-out後暫放行李的空間沒有鎖。
平底鍋非不鏽鋼，塗層刮傷嚴重。

Pros:

hezky interier. hned vedle dobra kavarna - draha, ale dobra.

Cons:

Fotky moc neodpovidali realite. Hodne maly pokoj, prilis mnoho nabytku, bylo tam tezke se vubec pohybovat. Ckeckin byl extra zmatecny a asi 5 kilometrovych zprav, kdy stejne pak vstupni karty nefungovali. Nastesti nam pani pokojska pomohla. Neni tam mozne nikde parkovat, takze parkhouse stoji denne 40 franku, tak pozor.
