Charming place to stay. Big rooms by European standards.
Pros:

The property is well located-a short walk from the station and the bus stop. But be aware that the inside lanes are cobblestones; and the house itself has many stairs. There is an elevator; but you have to negotiate stairs too. The area is lively and buzzing filled with shops and cafes, a large Coop too - a short walk from Chapel Bridge and the lake. The room is large (by Europe standards); the bathroom was very big, and all amenities were well provided.

Cons:

Too many stairs…no help whatsoever…no coffee machine in the room or in the common lobby too.

Pros:

L’emplacement était super, et la chambre parfaite pour ma famille

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain n’était pas au top et j’ai trouver de la vaisselle ranger sale donc pas motivant.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are super comfortable and respectful with the building and story. Location is incredible, we felt very safe as well

Cons:

For guests that are not tech savvy, this place would be a challenge, because the check in is with a screen or app, they ask for alphanumeric codes for check in, so it's not very easy to make it.

Muy bien ubicado, en general concuerda con lo que ofrecen, la habitación para 3 personas es un poco incómoda por los espacios, las escaleras son un poco peligrosas. Es limpio, el baño bien

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta , está muy cerca a la estación principal de trenes, todo muy nuevo.. Tienes restaurante cerca, lo más turístico de luzern.

Cons:

La habitación tenía olor a marihuana, y las cobijas también. En si toda la habitación. Se vio que solo le hicieron aseo por encima .

ich habe ein doppelzimmer seitlich in der obersten etage reserviert; bekommen haben wir ein 4 bettzimmer zur lauten hauptgasse hin. unten im lokal gab es die 1/2 nacht ohrenbetäubende musik; leute gingen zudem zum rauchen hinaus und redeten dort sehr laut. trotz telefonischer intervention, keine veränderung; auch keine rückmeldung der dame mit der wir uns über das problem unterhalten haben/ anders als sie es uns versprochen hatte!!!

Cons:

What The Lubo fails to tell you is that their "cafe" (Rokka) on the ground floor becomes a dance bar at 8pm on a Saturday night and BLARES loud music everywhere throughout the building until after midnight. This particularly afflicts those rooms on the same ground floor where some unfortunate guests may be staying. Oh, and the bathrooms for the dance bar are also right outside the guest bedrooms, so plenty of opportunity to hear the drunken conversations/activities of the bar's patrons.

I travel a lot. This is the first bad review I have ever given. The Lubo conned me out of CHF 250 for a night's stay that would be better advertised as a CHF 50 youth hostel.

Pourquoi ne pas installer un dessous de porte ? Ça permettrait d'atténuer le bruit dans les couloirs.

Estupenda ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable. La habitación muy moderna, con toques del edificio histórico. La habitación es estupenda; con la cocina y el baño nuevos. Volveríamos.

Cons:

El check in no fue tan cómodo como pensábamos, y la equipación de la cocina necesitaba ser sustituido.
