Perfect location and lovely facilities!
Pros:

We had booked an AirBnB for our stay in Lucerne, but it was far from acceptable. After one night we booked this hotel, and I am so glad we did. This hotel saved our trip! It’s in a perfect location, and the room was clean, tidy and stylish. The cafe on the ground floor was also a perfect way to start our days.

All good!

Det er sentralt, og rommene var store med kjøleskap.

Cons:

Vanskelig å sjekke inn to rom i samme bestilling. Måtte ringe tre ganger før vi fikk sjekket inn begge rommene. En time av ferien ble brukt i telefonen for innsjekking.
Mye bråk i gangen på kvelden.
Skitne gulv, aircondition fungerte ikke som det skulle, fjernkontrollen til tv var med oppbrukte batterier fikk dermed ikke brukt den.

クーラー設置でこのホテルを選択したが、室内置きのスポットクーラーで、運転音がうるさくてクーラーをつけたままで寝られなかった。騒音防止対策に耳栓が置いてあった。

Nice room in the old town, with A/C and a comfortable bed, super location as easy walk from train
Pros:

Funky old building, comfortable bed and the cafe below is nice. Also has a laundromat in the building.

Great location and building, but lacking on the details to make a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location is wonderful and the building certainly feels unique with a historic charm. There is a grocery just a few buildings away and there are dinner options all around. The rooftop space is small, but lovely. Having a small kitchenette is appreciated, but you have exactly the number of plates/cups/spoons etc for the occupancy of the room.

Cons:

We were there during a heatwave, but the hallways were incredibly hot without AC and the units in the room were unable to maintain 20c. There is no common space outside the rooms except the restaurant on the first floor, 2 seats in the laundry room, and the roof which seats 6, so our group that had multiple rooms had challenges spending time all together. The room was loud with the AC and pipes making intermittent grinding noises. The dryer didn’t actually dry clothes and we lost more than half a day waiting on laundry.

Pros:

I gave a middle for staff because it was completely hands free. The registration process was super quick with a little kiosk and I had access to the room in less than 10 minutes. Room was quiet and had a communal space for doing laundry if you wanted.

I was surprised it had a hob and full tableware. Plus the room was airconditioned!! That was massive for the end of the heat wave we were having.

Cons:

Only major complaint I had as a big guy was the shower was mostly unusable. The tiny square space wasn't enough room for me to turn around let alone wash. The entire bathroom should of been a wet room if the space was so limited. I had to leave the glass door open and made a huge mess.
