Pros:

מיקום מרכזי, נכונות הצוות לפתור בעיות

Cons:

היו בעיות.
ביום הראשון היו הפסקות חשמל, הצוות הסביר שזה בגלל החום, אבל כשחם צריך מזגנים.
אחד המזגנים באחד החדרים (היו לי שלושה חדרים) לא עבד בכלל. הציעו לנו מאוורר (ל36 מעלות , לא יעזור מאוורר) בעשר בלילה המנהלת העבירה אותנו חדר לקומה 5, היה מזגן, אבל המעלית לא מגיע עד למעלה.
בחדר השני המזגן לא עבד, למרות שלמחרת הגיעו טכנאים לבדוק, המצב נמשך עוד יומיים.
מלא זבובים בקבלה , בקטע לא סביר.
היו עוד מלא דברים קטנים, המלון פשוט לא מתוחזק כראוי.
צוות מאד אדיב, עזרו לי בהזמנת מסעדות, אבל בלי כלים להתמודד עם הבעיות שהיו, כל השירות הטוב שבעולם פשוט לא משנה.

The hotel needs renovation
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the staff is polite and friendly. The style is also nice.

Cons:

The hotel is literally falling apart. Windows are not closing properly, handles are falling off both from the windows and in the bathroom. Paint is cracking. The sink and the shower are rusty, and the shower is not holding properly too. No pressure in the shower. The place is in desperate need of renovation.

The so-called airco is an old in-built system, with lots of dust inside. We were given a room where it was not working properly, and they didn’t even check it in advance or open the window before our arrival, so we had to step into a sauna when we arrived. We asked to change it as it was +30 outside but the hotel was fully booked. It’s also impossible to keep the windows open at night as it’s a very busy street. So we had to sleep in that sauna for one night (they gave us an old standing fan…) but the next day the staff were attentive and changed it. From then on, it was all acceptable but it’s clearly not a four-star hotel. It’s feels like three max. It seems the stars in this case were given for free shampoo and slippers. I understand it’s Paris but it’s totally not worth 1K+ euros for three nights. We just came from a four-star in Chamonix, and window handles were holding properly there.

Comfortable for a short stay in a good location!
Pros:

The location was wonderful, easy to get around the city and easy to get to from the airport. The bed was quite comfortable - good size for two people. And the shower was spacious and had good water pressure. The staff were also consistent and pleasant. The room was always cleaned, towels refreshed, new water bottles which was great. The elevator was nice for going UP. Very small though.

Cons:

There was a lingering stench in the hallways of sulfur. At the end of our stay, it seemed to dissipate (literally on our last day). But it was extremely off-putting and jarring when you entered the property or left your room. Luckily the smell did not permeate the room itself, but we really have no idea what was going on there. We also didn't love the carpet since it is harder to tell if it's clean. The corners of the room were quite dusty and didn't seem as thoroughly clean as the rest.

Les 2 points forts de cet hôtel : sa situation 👍👍 et surtout la qualité de service ++++++ de toute l'équipe ! Tout le monde de la femme de ménage en passant par les personnes de la Réception ou du service du petit déjeuner sont super gentilles, serviables et se plie en 10 pour ses clients ! 😉👌👌 Je recommande et je reviendrai !

Cons:

Un peu cher mais on paye aussi l'emplacement exceptionnel en pleine rue Montorgueil !
