Pros:

Locatie is goed, personeel is vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar.

Cons:

Handdoeken waren niet vlekkenloos, zaten overal vlekken op. Hetzelfde met beddengoed. Heb uit eindelijk zelf een handdoek gekocht. Beddengoed werd meteen vervangen toen ik het vroeg. Hotel heeft wat onderhoud nodig, en dan is het voor de rest wel een oke hotel. Matras lag ook niet goed

Io e mia figlia abbiamo preso 2 camere in questa struttura, siamo stati benissimo
Le camere erano pulitissime e profumate e offrivano uno spazio adeguato, dotate di frigo bar con acqua fresca e con i bagni grandi e una doccia molto ben funzionante
All'esterno una bella piscina fruibile dagli ospiti della struttura con delle belle sdraio per prendere il sole in assoluto relax
La colazione al mattino è abbondante e preparata sul momento

Amazing staff, great place to stay but air con didn't work in our room!
Pros:

Lovely staff, super helpful and great aesthetic. Staff way above and beyond for us, offered to take us to the dock for our snorkeling trip.

Cons:

The air con didn't work well AT ALL, it was extremely hot in the room (we stayed on the bottom floor, closest to the entrance) and the TV did not work either; staff did manage to sort it once, but would not work again after this.

Black mold everywhere
Pros:

Helpful staff gave us full refund for the room.

Cons:

Visible black mold all over the bathroom and even on the pillows. Funky smell all over. Roof had a massive leak and water just kept pouring in through several places in the roof as it was raining outside. Seriously a health hazard living here. Pictures look great but is seriously misleading from the state this place is in.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Location was also nice.

Cons:

Outdated furniture, not really comfortable. Bathroom was falling apart. Balcony door was impossible to close.Towels were all dirty. Must looked nice when it was built,now it just decay.
