Genial
Pros:

Habitación muy grande. Lo escogimos para el dia antes de irnos y nos fue genial ya que esta justo delante de la estación de tren que va para el aeropuerto.

Tolle Lage - Bahn vor der Tür - sehr freundlich und faire Preise !! SUPER !!
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel aus der Not heraus gebucht. Der Flughafen war wegen einem Taifun geschlossen und wir mussten eine Nacht verlängern. Schon bei der Ankunft im Hotel waren wir begeistert. Ein toller Empfang und dann auch noch ein super Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk. Tolle Ausstattung, ein super Preis und die Bahnverbindung Richtung Innenstadt quasi gegenüber. Es war einfach super und wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!!

お安く泊まれて最高でした。
Pros:

部屋がとても広く、夜景も綺麗だったし競馬場、ボートレース場も見えてとても得した気持ちになりました。
受付の方々が愛想が良く丁寧で気持ちが良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂、洗面台にカビがありました。
少し埃が溜まっている所がありました。

6歳の孫が京急電車の大ファンで、韓国から夏休みに来日していた最終日前日に、窓際から数多くの車両が観れ、念願の希少な青色と黄色も数回観れたので大満足。次回も泊まりたい一言。

O espaço poderia ser um pouquinho maior, mesmo assim não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia.

Great for solo traveller for a one or two nights stay
Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport and the subway. The room is clean and comfortable. It has a table and a chair for me to setup my laptop. The room price is pretty good compared to the location and the cleanness of the room.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned everyday so I don't have a new towel everyday. I do wish to have new towel at least even if the room clean is done every 3 days. The room is small, not a big deal but I feel like a bigger room could be better.
