Clean and comfortable hotel with helpful senior staff, but clearer communication for international guests would make it
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. The senior staff member handled our concerns very well and was polite, helpful and professional.

Cons:

Some communication was confusing, especially around the room type, cleaning policy and Japanese-only room controls. We were also called late at night about the room charge, which disturbed our rest after a long flight.

Pros:

Nära till HND när till två stationer varav Omori station. Bra centrum många matställen och butiker.
Stora och fina rum. Bra frukost och trevlig personal.
Väldigt prisvärt.

Loved it and would return.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were quiet. The staff was amazing, in particular, the ladies that helped me figure out the air-conditioning and some Japanese phrases. Location was great and near by 2 parks which the children enjoyed.

Good value for money
Pros:

Location - really near Haneda airport and not too long to go to Shinagawa which connects to Ginza, Shinjuku or Shibuya. Good value for money as the breakfast was included for every morning . Also close to Ito Yonada the supermarket which you van buy cheap meals and snacks.

Cons:

Enforce the eco clean system so be prepare you will not room cleaned, bed made or towels changed every day.
