The property is in the pipeline maintenance process so some areas of the hotel are blocked.
The property will be under general remodeling until March 31st, 2020.
The Acuario Restaurant is under maintenance until further notice. Food service is provided at Tabachines Restaurant.

All food served buffet style in the Restaurant Aquarium. Domestic drinks are served from 10 a.m. at 10 p.m. at the Las Margaritas Bar.

Emotional Support Dog, Conditions:
•Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
•Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.
•Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.
•Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
•Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
•Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lo único la ubicación muy centrico
El personal muy altanero ,me dieron la abitasion muy tarde y cuando m cambiaba de ropa otra familia entró a mi cuarto m vieron desnuda le dieron esa abitacion a otra persona también no se disculparon fueron groseros,las tallas viejas tanto de el cuarto como alberca en el cuarto abia mucha arena ,,la comida de el buffet muy vieja jamás bolívares a ese hotel y ni lo recomendaré para nada
Excelente en cuanto a limpieza servicio e instalacion
La señal de internet muy mala. Que las albercas las cierran mas temprano que en otros lugares.
la zona de lobby, sillones cómodos y puedes jugar billar, por las noches tienen entretenimiento, tiene un par de negocios como tienda, joyería, salón de belleza.
la zona de alberca, tienen alimentos y bebidas y el acceso a la playa está a unos metros
en la alberca tienen actividades para adultos y niños.
habitación limpia y fresca
el estacionamiento, si no alcanzas lugar en el hotel tienes que estacionarte en otro edificio.
la carne de la parrillada estaba dura
pocos meseros, por lo que el servicio tardó un poco
La habitación cómoda, un poco pequeña para el precio, pero aseada y colchones y cojines muy cómodos. Los precios de los combos de comida muy razonables y bien servidos.
El restaurante junto a la alberca no cumple el horario que anuncia de 12 pm a 11 pm. A las 7 de la noche ya están lavando la cocina y no sirven nada ya.
Estoy muy molesta porque el hotel no quiere facturar mi estancia, porque lo contraté con booking.com, ya hice toda clase de reclamos, envié documentación necesaria y se niegan a facturar, siendo que ellos fueron quienes dieron el servicio de alojamiento. Booking.com es solo un portal para contratar servicios de hotel, y transportes, ellos no facturan, quien cobró y dió el servicio de alojamiento fue el hotel Copacabana de Acapulco, Guerrero.
Les chambres sont correctes, toutes avec vue parfois partielle sur la baie d'Acapulco. Accès direct à la plage, restaurant correct.
Piscines et espaces communs bruyants, pas parfaitement propres ni en état parfait. les boissons et la nourriture en format all inclusive ne sont pas très qualitatifs mais c'est dans la moyenne des établissements de ce type

La habitación, super cómoda, bonita y con una vista muy agradable al mar.
En el fin de semana que me hospede, hubo imitadores de cantantes, y el ambiente se puso bueno 👌🏻
El check in siento que fue muy lento, se supone que reservo desde Booking para que sea más rápido, y termine esperando 30 minutos a qué un par de personas reservaran desde 0.
