הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת במלון, אבל מה שבאמת הפך את השהות למיוחדת היה השירות המדהים שקיבלנו מ-Mary בקבלה. מהרגע הראשון היא קיבלה אותנו בחיוך גדול, באדיבות, בסבלנות ובמקצועיות יוצאת דופן. Mary עשתה מעל ומעבר כדי לעזור בכל בקשה, דאגה לכל פרט קטן וגרמה לנו להרגיש רצויים ומוערכים לאורך כל השהות.

פקידת הקבלה מרי היא דוגמא ומופת לנתינת שירות. התקשרה יום קודם להגעתנו ושאלה מה הצרכים שלנו ודאגה להכל מעל ומעבר לציפיות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה, עובדי המטבח גם מאוד שירותיים ואדיבים.

פשוט מושלם בניצוחה של מירי

אני נוסע ולן הרבה בירושלים אבל פעם ראשונה במלון הנהדר הזה.
הכל היה מושלם- החדר, מיקום המלון, האוכל ועוד..
יש דבר אחד שמעל הכל ושלא קיים בשום מלון ( ותאמינו לי אני מבלה המון במלונות בכל העולם )
לא חוויתי מעולם שירות מושלם כזה.
זה התחיל מטלפון של מירי הסופר שירותית שצילצלה אליי יום לפני ושאלה אם אני צריך משהו מיוחד.
גם כאשר הגעתי למלון מירי קיבלה אותי באופן מיוחד כמו נסיך סעודי, היא המתינה עד שאגיע (שעתיים אחרי שעות העובדה שלה)
שדרגה אותי בסיוטה ללא תוספת עלות.
בחדר המתין לי צלחת של פרות יבשים עשירה.
מירי תמיד התעניינה ודאגה שיהיה לי הכל טוב.
כמו כן, שמרה לי חנייה (אמרנו נסיך סעודי)
מאודדדדדדד ממליץ על המלון הזה.
תאמינו לי, דברו עם מירי, היא תדאג לכם להכל.
בטוח שאשוב עוד מס פעמים למלון.
