The team at Jerusalem Gold Hotel is truly gold. From Mary, who contacted us a few days before our arrival and did everything possible to make us comfortable, to Abdallah in the dining room, who welcomed us each morning like family coming for breakfast at his home — the hospitality was exceptional. Even the hotel owner came by one morning to personally welcome us and have a friendly chat. The warmth and personal attention made our stay feel very special.

Die Lage ist ideal.
Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere Mary hat unser Familientreffen perfekt gemacht. Zimmerupgrade bekommen, immer für Fragen erreichbar, sehr aufmerksam, Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt.
Am letzten Morgen hatten wir einen Gast zum Frühstück, dank Mary einen Rabatt bekommen.
