Wunderschöne Anlage, leider mit zu vielen Mankos
Pros:

Ohne Frage gab es Dinge, die gut waren. Uns haben die Lage und das Drumherum sehr gut gefallen, es gab mit Minigolf, Tischtennis, Billard, Darts, einem Pool etc. auch eine Menge Aktivitäten, die Anlage scheint insgesamt in einem guten Zustand zu sein, alles wirkt von außen sehr schön, auch die Malereien sind ansprechend. Wir hatten ein Apartment/eine Ferienwohnung, auch die war auf den ersten Blick schön eingerichtet, verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, ein separates WC.

Auch die Möglichkeit des autarken Checkin fanden wir sehr gut, das lief alles ganz unkompliziert ab. Dass die komplette Korrespondenz auf Polnisch erfolgte, ist ja glücklicherweise in Zeiten von Übersetzungsprogrammen auch kein Problem mehr.

Also insgesamt ist das Hotel durchaus eine Anlaufstelle mit ganz viel Potenzial, durch die Lage, durch die Aktivitäten, durch die schön angelegten Häuser und die ansprechende Anlage.

Cons:

Leider sind da aber eben auch eine Aber. Das größte Manko war aus unserer Sicht der furchtbare Gestank im Bad und, aber leicht abgeschwächt, in der nebenan liegenden Toilette. An zwei von vier Abenden stank es ganz fürchterlich nach Abfluss, so schlimm, dass man sich in den Räumen kaum aufhalten konnte, ohne dass es einen Würgereiz hervorrief. Morgens, nach dem Duschen, wurde es besser. Es war auch nicht jeden Abend gleich schlimm, aber eben etwas, das über allem wie eine graue Wolke hing.

Die anderen negativen Punkte wogen dagegen dann nicht mehr ganz so schlimm und sind sicherlich zu ertragen, wenn auch schade, weil es das Gesamtbild halt einfach trübt. Die Wände sind viel, viel zu dünn, man versteht nahezu jedes Wort, das in den angrenzenden Wohnungen gesprochen wird, hört im Prinzip alles. Es ist gefühlt überhaupt nicht isoliert.

Dann sind die Betten einfach schlecht. Metallgestell mit dünner Matratze. Mein Partner hatte zumindest noch einen Lattenrost, ich nicht. Die Rückenschmerzen haben dann dazu geführt, dass ich das Gestell zur Seite gestellt und auf zwei Matratzen übereinander geschlafen habe. Leider wurde dabei auch sichtbar, dass nicht wirklich sauber geputzt war, der Boden war einfach ziemlich dreckig.

Ebenfalls schade: Es wurde nie nach den Rechten gesehen. Vielleicht hatte ich das überlesen, vielleicht war es, weil es als Ferienwohnung deklariert war (war mir beim Buchen nicht so bewusst). Jedenfalls mussten Handtücher und Toilettenpapier (haben wit dann selbst aufgefüllt) für den gesamten Aufenthalt reichen.

Letzter Punkt: das Frühstück. Das wurde am Tisch serviert, was aus meiner Sicht erstmal kein Problem darstellt. Allerdings wird es eben einfach serviert - ohne dass nach Wünschen etc gefragt wird. Es gab zwei Scheiben Toast, zwei Scheiben Käse, eine Scheibe Schinken, Rührei, ein Stück und eine halbe Handvoll Salat. Meine beiden Männer wurden davon nicht satt, ich hätte mir etwas Süßes und in vier Tagen etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.

Organizowałem imprezę urodzinową z wynajmem domków na jedną noc - kontakt, otwartość na moje wymagania i podejście do klienta - TOP 1.
Zarówno Pani Kasia, jak i inni pracownicy zrobili wszystko, by spełnić nasze potrzeby (impreza do 2 w nocy na 15 osób, stoły wydzielone dla nas, prywatny grill, odległość domku od innych taka, by nie przeszkadzało to innym klientom, wydłużenie doby hotelowej, gdy zajęło nam trochę dłużej niż zakładaliśmy dojście do siebie i ogarnięcie domku po imprezie 😅).
Domek holenderski, apartament i pokoje, które wynajmowaliśmy - bardzo schludnie urządzone i wyposażone w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy.
Polecam bardzo, i na wyjazd ze znajomymi, i na organizację imprezy, czy też żeby skosztować dań z restauracji - pierogi i pizza - pyszne, a obsługa przesympatyczna.
Jeśli szukacie miejsca, gdzie klient jest na pierwszym miejscu i czuć to już od rozmowy przez telefon, a jednocześnie chcecie spędzić kilka godzin/dni w przyjemnej atmosferze sielskiego klimatu - to jest to idealne miejsce.
