Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail was impressive.

The location is phenomenal – within easy reach of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and the charming Old Town. Having convenient parking available was also a huge advantage.

Positive overall.
Pros:

Friendly Staff, Clean, modern room, great location, amazing breakfast.

Cons:

Balmain toiletries were fake probably kallos products. I have a verry sensitive skin...had i known, i would't have used their products and I would not be upset. Valet took our car so fast, we had to walk to the parking lot to wait for him and grab our luggage. He did help when he realised the mistake. The parking lot is not next to the hotel.

Pros:

Много приятен хотел с отлично местоположение. Старият град е на 150 метра, както и пешеходната търговска улица е на 50 метра. А същевременно хотелът се намира на тиха и спокойна улица.
Персонала е много учтив. Апартамента на втория етаж е със страхотна гледка към Стария град. Апартамента е достатъчно голям и удобен за настаняване на двама възрастни с две малки деца.
При следващо посещение в гр. Пловдив пак ще отседнем в този хотел.

Безупречен екстериор и интериор, вложени са много време, усилия и вкус. Обслужването беше на ниво. Локацията е повече от отлична, единствено достъпът с автомобил е малко по-сложен. Хотелът разполага със стойностна колекция картини, разположени в общите части.
