Quizás la habitación un poco justa de tamaño
die lage war wirklich top und man war direkt mitten im geschehen. das zimmer war sehr sauber und die ausstattung super, im bad war sogar ein föhn vorhanden. besonders gut fand ich die soziale atmosphäre, da man sehr schnell mit anderen ins gespräch gekommen ist und anschluss gefunden hat. gleichzeitig wurde es respektiert, wenn man mal nicht so sozial sein wollte. das personal war super nett und angenehm. tagsüber gab es am pool teilweise laute durchsagen von den promotern, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sein kann, aber für ein soziales hostel mit vielen aktivitäten gehört das einfach dazu und bietet eine gute möglichkeit, andere kennenzulernen.
eigentlich gab es nicht viel, was mir nicht gefallen hat. im female dorm war der boden etwas sandig, was durch die schuhe aber absolut verständlich ist. im gemeinschaftsbad wäre eine klimaanlage oder zumindest etwas mehr belüftung schön, da es nach dem duschen schnell wieder sehr warm und schwül wurde.

The hotel met our expectation. It is located in the center so there is mo problem to reach the main attractions by walking 10 or half an hour.
We arrived at 08.30 am flying from Bangkok. The general conditions were really clear so we couldn't check in early. The issue is that, even though the girl at the reception was very nice to accomodate us, she managed to let us in only at 14.00 as the room wasn't ready. Well ...we were really tired because of the early flight and I would have preferred to get a different option (even a smaller room) as long as we could get some rest. Nothing to complain about the receptionist anyway. The hotel was a little bit overrated but it was fine calculating that we were in the island.

I like the whole concept of this place and the location is very good. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I needed to go back to the airport and the staff helped me. I had no worries about it at all. The rooms are clean. The rooms place is beautiful.
It dint bother me a lot but if u are in the hostel beds, every move will be heard as it is very quiet in the rooms. It’s a good and a bad thing!

At breakfast, there were three girls serving us. One of them, the one wearing a hat, was particularly unfriendly. She did not behave well with us and spoke to us in a very arrogant and disrespectful manner.
