Everything about the Gig was exceptional. The location was perfect and super convenient! They had covered parking for the scooter and the staff was very easy to communicate with.
I had a really comfortable stay at The Gig Hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, and well soundproofed, with excellent air conditioning that kept it nice and cool. Everything felt very practical and functional. The room was cleaned daily and regularly stocked with bottled water and other essentials. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The hotel also offered concierge services, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The room came with access to to the rooftop bar, swimming pool, sauna and gym. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
The hotel does not offer an iron.

Staff lovely always happy to help and all super friendly. Perfect location, rite in the heart of it all. Very clean and tidy. The breakfast had everything you need to start your day. The size of the room was very generous. Water pressure was great in the shower Rooms cleaned everyday and 2 bottles of water replaced daily. We came as a family unit I was super happy with us all being put on the same floor.
We stayed 10 night's in total and had 3 rooms in total. We all found the beds to be on the hard side.
We would have liked to have been able to bill up on the room at the roof top bar. You could only tick up to a 1000 baht in total.

The hotel is good location in Patong. Near the beach. Reception are very kind and helpful, especially Siri, Teena, Mook.
Good Hotel. Recommended this place to stay. Staff here are good welcoming Siri, Kathy, Bow and Aod are good and professional.
