The room was spotless and featured a very large, comfortable bed. The rooftop pool was a fantastic place to relax, with food and drinks available throughout the afternoon. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly cooked omelettes and a wide variety of other delicious options. The hotel is in a safe and secure location, away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road, making it a peaceful place to stay while still being conveniently close to everything. I also booked a day trip from inside the hotel, saved walking round to find anything better

We had a wonderful stay at the Gig Hotel Phuket. The hotel is very clean, offers an outstanding view and is one of the best properties to stay at in the area, budget friendly.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, always helpful, and very accommodating towards our toddler. They greeted us warmly every day and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Ms. Mook and Ms. Teena/Tania for making our stay truly excellent and ensuring that everything we needed was promptly provided.
The breakfast was good and enjoyable, although we felt that a greater variety of options would make it even better.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again and recommend it to families visiting Phuket.
