Guests have access to the spa until 12:00 on their day of departure. The spa is open from 07:00 to 22:00.

The on site SPA, fitness room and pool is reserved to adults. However we are happy tp welcome children from 4 years old under parental supervision every day from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

Pets are accepted on request and limited to 1 by room, please contact reception for more informations.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la gare Val d'Europe et le Centre commercial. L'espace bien-être (piscine) était agréable et propre. Pour ceux qui restent plus d'une nuit, l'espace kitchenette est un +.

Cons:

Le manque de variété pour le petit déjeuner. Nous aurions appréciés qu'il y ait plus de fruit.

J’ai demandé à changer de chambre car la suite familiale dans laquelle nous étions était vieillotte, une odeur bizarre et la poignée de la salle de bain est resté dans les mains. À priori certaines chambres n’ont pas encore été refaite. la Clim fonctionnait pas ou peu, et nous étions venu expressément pour ça (weekend de canicule, nous habitons à 20 minutes) et pour la piscine. Nous avons été déçus de constater que malgré les conditions exceptionnelles de canicule notre enfant de 15 mois n’avait pas accès à la piscine et que rien n’avait été prévu pour eux. nous avons été relogé dans des chambres modernes bien plus confortables et c’était super, le manager a été très gentil et nous a aidé à trouvé une solution.

We stayed with family for a trip to disney and we could not have picked a better hotel.
Pros:

Room was excellent with a terrace which was a huge bonus. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool was really good too.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel.is clean and well maintained.
Breakfast is of a 4 star hotel.
Location is great. Close to the restaurants and malls
The shuttle service to Disneyland
And the staff were really helpful especially Jochsons.

Colazione nella norma ma varia sia per il dolce che per il salato

Struttura che necessita di ammodernamento, quantomeno nella stanza assegnata
Il letto king era comodo ma occupava più dello spazio disponibile (da un lato lo spazio per passare era di 40/50 cm e dall altro si urtava la luce da notte a muro durante il sonno)
Phon che dopo due minuti si surriscaldava e non funzionava più
Macchie di muffa ovunque nel bagno
Miscelatori dei rubinetti che schizzavano dappertutto
Pulizia quotidiana ridotta al cambio asciugamani e superficiale “spolverata “
Moquette del corridoio sempre sporca

Excellent choice for Disney
Pros:

Rooms are big. Very clean. Great to have a fridge and mini kitchen. Beautiful pool with dedicated kids/ adults swim times. Location is excellent. Lovely village plenty of shops bars and restaurants. Easy to get to Disney and to Paris.

Cons:

Only one lift was working. Was busy at peak times. Bathrooms are very modern and clean, but small i wouldn't say they are suitable if you have any mobility issues. Shower above the bath and its very tight for size.
