La casa era situata nel centro di un borgo medievale molto bello

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto fare circa 800 metri di strada scomoda e sconnessa, non vi erano indicazioni per raggiungere il check in e abbiamo chiesto per il futuro di prevedere un servizio di navette per i clienti. Ci hanno risposto che non era possibile nonostante avessimo visto un caddy car proprio davanti alla struttura ed era disponibile per i clienti dell'hotel più costoso. I nostri suggerimenti non sono stati acccolti positivamente

Camera bella e grande. Arredamento moderno e nuovo. Bagno grande e ben arredato (ma con poca privacy, in quanto è separato dalla camera con dei vetri opachi). Posizione centrale. Disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito a circa 10 minuti a piedi.
Reception a 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura per fare il check in. Spazi comuni (cucina) molto carini.
Disponibile piscina esterna e con lettini.

l'emplacement parfait .

Cons:

Le manque de personnel dans l'établissement, vous êtes livré à vous même pour trouver l'emplacement car très mal indiqué et si vous avez des questions il faut se rendre dans un autre établissement si la personne est présente...
Faire le check in à un autre endroit n'est pas très agréable.

Pros:

Super comfy beds, nice pool

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facilities , no drinking water, not even a glass in the room.
No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.
Check-in process was terrible you have to go all the way up a really long hill to get to a different hotel to check in, and then all the way back down to go to the hotel that I booked stay in.
It said a bottle of sparkling wine in the room but it wasn't there.
That's small fridge was really dirty.

It's all such a shame is the room is quite cute
