Pros:

La cordialità e la gentilezza del personale.
La posizione della struttura.
La colazione con una buona scelta di cibo.

Cons:

La pulizia: è stata fatta una pulizia molto superficiale della camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato, il frigor non era stato pulito, nell’armadio abbiamo trovato dei calzini utilizzati credo dai precedenti ospiti, in bagno c’erano dei capelli e le lenzuola erano macchiate.
Il Wi-Fi non ha funzionato per tutta la vacanza.

Pros:

Das größte Lob geht an das Personal. Alle mit denen wir gesprochen haben, waren unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Das Resort liegt am Ortsrand, sodass man hier auch die entsprechende Ruhe findet. In wenigen Minuten ist man aber auch im Zentrum von Favignana.
Verschiedene Strände und auch der Hafen sind -insbesondere mit Fahrrädern- gut zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück war für sizilianische Verhältnisse Umfangreich.

La ubicación la zona común

Para acceder a la habitación que estaba en la primera planta, tenías que pasar y ver una zona de otro edificio que colinda con el hotel que parecen las fabelas…. Por otro lado la ducha vieja se sale el agua, hierros cortinas oxidados, ducha tb. Puerta baño hinchada con cerradura oxidada. Silla y mesa de terraza 3 sillas para 4, también en mal estado…. Piscina con gorrito obligatorio … cierra a mediodía como descanso, no puedes aprovecharla. Llegamos agotados y cargados con maletas y nos dijeron que no podíamos acceder hasta más tarde así que al pedir guardar maletas. Dejaron estas en la sala contigua a recepción, nada seguro ante robos.

Questo soggiorno mi puzza.

La struttura si presenta carina, con due piscine pulite e ben gestite. L'animazione sufficiente. La posizione ottima

Cons:

La camera puzzava di scarico fognario. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception e l'operatrice si è mostrata incredula, come se stessimo dicendo un idiozia. Il tecnico giunto in stanza, appena entrato ha avvertito subito il puzzo ma non ha trovato alcuna soluzione.
Due lettini sono stati preparati dietro la porta di ingresso, nella cucina soggiorno e, durante la notte, da un quadro elettrico posto su uno di questi letti, una lampadina emanava una forte luce fastidiosa per il sonno. Il giorno dopo, un operaio, ha montato uno sportellino oscurato che ha risolto il problema.
Siamo andati via un giorno prima, e alla reception ci hanno chiesto di pagare la corrente elettrica consumata. Soltanto dopo la nostra insistenza si sono accorte che non dovevamo nulla.
La colazione non offriva nulla di particolare, ci siamo accontentati di quel poco che c'era.
