Staff were so obliging and helpful. Food was excellent. Golf course look in exceptional condition. Fitness' Gym had good equipment .Parking was not an issue. Location was short drive to city center.
Male pool changing room facilities were poor - missing dispensers for soap only empty mounting brackets on wall of shower cubicle. Remaining shampoo dispenser was empty. There was no facility for removing excess water from swimming costume (no spinner) not acceptable.
Breakfast was cooked perfectly and dinner was excellent, room was large and clean.
Phone signal was awful and my room had no wifi service at all. I did report it and got numerous apologies but it made prep for my meeting the next morning very difficult.

A lovely night away from the rat race of life. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, swimming pool, sauna gym & grounds. Daisy the girl on reception was very welcoming & assertive to our needs. Breakfast staff were amazing too.
Arrived with my son after a long day of tennis tournament. They asked me for ID for a night in a local hotel and a deposit. I travel very often and I never get asked for ID at least it’s the airport, official paperwork, etc.
My accent is Spanish. I believe she has mistrusted of me?
The had a summer music festival tremendously loud as you can imagine for a festival til 11pm. I was there for a tennis tournament with my 10years old son after playing and driving for 14 hours. We were ready to go to bed by 8pm but literally couldn’t closed an eye until the music stopped.
The day after we were awake by 6am getting ready for another day of tennis tournament without proper rest.
The decoration and the restaurant and bar areas much needed an update. Not just old. Uncomfortable and not tasteful.
