We stay every year and have never been disappointed. We will look forward to returning next year.
Pros:

Nice room, the most comfy and enormous bed, the bathroom was clean and spacious with ample towels, all staff we came into contact with were lovely, smiley and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the ladies who looked after everyone during breakfast worked really hard and were so friendly, plenty of parking available, tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, plenty of wardrobe space.

Excellent facilities and grounds. Receptionist very welcoming. The rest of the staff was very reserved.
Pros:

Restaurant- generally food was good.

Cons:

Facilities car parking, excellent leisure facilities with poor access time for guest at the hotel. Opening hours design to discourage guest. Hence, not many guest at the hotel use it. I would have to consider different location next time.

Really lovely hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

The staff are really friendly. Food was fantastic. Room was comfortable & clean. Couldn't ask for more.

Wifi kept logging out but was good once it stayed on.
