Ostraco Suites is an Oasis with heavenly views and chilled vibes.
Pros:

Location is just close enough and just far enough away from the town and port. Walkable within 15 minutes.
Breakfast is fantastic and the staff are absolutely exceptional.
Already planning our return next year.

La Grecia è sempre una buona idea
Pros:

Bellissima e accogliente struttura, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione super e pulizia minuziosa ovunque. Il centro di Mykonos si raggiunge facilmente con una camminata di 10/15 minuti. Essendo in collina si gode una magnifica vista mare.

Highly recommend this hotel the premises and staff were fabulous
Pros:

The food was amazing especially the calamari and shrimp! Absolutely delicious! Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. We enjoyed all the cats hanging around as well :)

Cons:

Our outdoor hot tub could have been hotter we went in May and the weather wasn't very hot yet

Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and the welcome drink was great. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that.

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

We originally booked a Deluxe Sea View Room with a jetted hot tub and a modern walk-in shower. Instead, we were “upgraded” to a completely different room that did not match what we booked at all.

The bathroom was outdated, smelled strongly of sewage, and had an old bathtub-shower combo instead of the modern shower we expected. The bathtub was very high with no safety handle, which was difficult for me because of my previous knee injury.

The sewage smell was so strong, we had to open the entrance door and cover all the light sources in the room to ease the smell and to stop the mosquito flying in.

The “hot tub” was not hot at all — it felt like a cold pool. It was also surrounded by trees and insects, which made it uncomfortable to use.

Most disappointing of all, there was barely any sea view. The balcony mostly faced houses, and the view was blocked by a huge pillar.

This was supposed to be our final night in Mykonos, but the room completely ruined the experience. It was not an upgrade, and it felt like the hotel gave away the room we actually booked to longer-stay guests.

I would not return to this hotel again.

A great stay in Mykonos
Pros:

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the design of the property was gorgeous, and the pool was lovely too. The staff was so friendly and helpful, giving us restaurant recommendations, and we really liked the breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is about 20 minutes' walk from the old town up a fairly steep hill - this does mean lovely views, but it definitely wouldn't be accessible for a lot of people.

Tout était formidable,
Dès l'entrée nous étions avec mes amies émerveillés. Un accueil très chaleureux par les deux hôtesses.la découverte de notre chambre, avec jacuzzi sur une vue incroyable(mer)
Découverte de la piscine et du bar:verre de bienvenue super barman fan du PSG 😉 petit déjeuner délicieux 😋 merci aux deux serveurs très attentionnés.

Cons:

L'eau froide de la piscine
Dommage qu'il y ait que le café en boisson incluse dans le petit déjeuner.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel il est très bien situé , les petits déjeuners sont à la carte très bons de bonne qualité avec des produits frais . Les hôtesses d'accueil sont charmantes et très agréables .

Cons:

Une mauvaise odeur dans notre chambre et l'intimité laisse à désirer les chambres sont mal insonorisées, le voisin passe sur notre terrasse alors que nous sommes dans le SPA pour accéder à sa chambre .. quelques brises vues seraient les bienvenus pour couper les vis-à-vis entre les chambres. Egalement trop bruyant à cause de la route .

Modern, boutique style hotel with wonderful staff that treat you as friends and cannot do enough to make your stay a spe
Pros:

The staff made me feel extremely welcome and could not to enough to check we had everything we needed and to provide knowledge and suggestions for places to visit. I have never stayed at such a lovely hotel with such wonderful staff and I am very well travelled. Keep up the wonderful work Ostraco and I hope to visit again.
