Design, location, cleanness and breakfast! Friendly staff.

Cons:

- The lack of even a very basic gym facility.
- Although friendly the restaurant staff were louder (between them) than appropriate for the peaceful and pleasant breakfast setting.

Lovely Hotel and Wonderful Staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Ostraco Suites. The hotel was lovely, and our rooms and suites were very clean and comfortable, with nice views of the water. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, also with water views, and breakfast was delicious and made to order with plenty of choices.

What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered, from reception to the pool bar and restaurant, was warm and helpful. They gave us lots of suggestions and were always happy to arrange transportation.
Ostraco Suites was a lovely place to stay, with great service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

The main thing to know is the location. The hotel is outside Chora and it is possible to walk into town, although the walk is steep and the return trip can be challenging. We ended up taking taxis quite often, which the hotel arranged for us, and they were expensive at €20 or more each way. Just be prepared to factor transportation costs into your stay if you plan to spend a lot of time in Chora.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento, recibimos un trato excepcional; todo el equipo fue súper amable, con una atención excelente y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. La villa era preciosa, cómoda ,impecable y con unas vistas impresionantes. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Sin duda volveremos,lo recomendamos al 100 %.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Mykonos. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to Little Venice, only 2 minutes from the airport, and close to all the restaurants, beaches, and attractions we wanted to visit.

The hotel itself has a peaceful, beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. Having our own private jacuzzi on the balcony with a stunning sea view made our stay even more special.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond. Whether we needed help renting a car, making restaurant reservations, or getting recommendations, they were always happy to assist and made us feel completely at home.

We would absolutely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Mykonos. Highly recommended!

Hotel espectacular 😍
Pros:

TODO, desde que llegamos nos atendió Sophia, una chica súper cariñosa, simpática que intentaba hablarnos y entendernos en español, muy cariñosa con nuestra hija de 8 años, ella hizo mejor nuestra estancia. Nos hicieron una mejora en la habitación, súper bonita, grande, cómoda, todo el hotel es muy bonito, cómodo, limpio y céntrico. Si volvemos no dudaré en volver. El desayuno y la zona de la piscina también nos gustó mucho, Markella también nos pareció muy simpática y servicial. Gracias a todos por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una súper experiencia que queremos repetir muy pronto.

Cudowny pobyt w Mykonos
Pros:

Super hotel mały butikowy, pokój z jacuzzi super. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, zamawia się z karty i wszytko jest przygotowane na świeżo W hotelu jest również restauracja oraz bar które polecam. Basen hotelowy bardzo fajny. Hotel ok 10 minut spacerkiem od miasta Mykonos. Pobyt bardzo udany polecam :)
