Good breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The toilet flushed automatically and the toilet seat was heated. I guess some people like that but I did not and could not figure out how to turn the heating off.
There was no cupboard space so we just had to leave our suitcases on the ground.

No me gustó nada la faena que me hicieron, reservé dos habitaciones para cinco días para mi familia y estaba pagado y confirmado. Pero cuandó llegué al hotel me pidieron un plus del 30 por ciento más alegando que me habían mandado un correo electrónico diciendo que si no anulaba la reserva me cobrarían un plus. No me quedó mas remedio que aceptar,

我们入住的第一天晚上，厕所就发出了严重的臭味，后来我们联系工作人员,工作人员承诺维修，但是直到我们再次返回房间发现维修工作人员根本没有修，询问后得知只是喷了一点空气清新剂，喷完之后，有一股更加刺鼻的味道。我们让工作人员给我们换房，结果换到了一个比原来房型更差的房；但是这个房子入住之后下水道是堵的，导致我们洗澡的时候水大量溢出浸满了整个洗手间，晚上上厕所的时候都不方便。后来经理终于给我们换了一个更好的房型，但是这个房型一入住，他的墙上的瓷砖就掉到了地上，非常危险。我们住的四天时间换了三个房间，无一例外都出现了各种各样的问题，在处理这些问题的过程中浪费了我们大量的时间，而且没有任何的补偿，除了最后一天升级了一个房型，但是我们并不认为这个是补偿，因为这个房型对我们来说根本没有必要，更何况我们有一天还被迫降低了自己的房型来躲避糟糕的马桶气味。
