Bereits um 9:10 Uhr war das Gebäck (Z.B. Semmeln) schon sehr ausgesucht, teilweise leer.
Es brauchte Hinweise ans Personal, teilweise auch Nachdruck, bis dann endlich was aufgefüllt wurde.
Das kann für mich nicht sein.
Insgesamt hatte das Haus für mich eher 3-Sterne denn 4-Sterne-Charakter.

I booked this hotel one year in advance because of its location. However, when I arrived at 9 pm, the staff told me the hotel was fully booked with people from a convention and there was no room available for me.
What makes this situation unacceptable is that the hotel had charged my card a few days before my arrival without informing me of any problem with my reservation. I only found out that the hotel was overbooked when I arrived at the reception.
The same thing also happened to a couple of my colleagues and to an entire family who arrived around midnight. It caused major inconvenience and stress, especially because we had trusted a confirmed reservation made so far in advance.
The most unfair part was that the hotel took the payment but never warned us that they could not accommodate us. This was unprofessional, incorrect, and unacceptable.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Zimmer sehr gut und sehr ruhig.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das Gebäck beim Frühstück. Bin kein Freund von aufgebackenen Semmel bzw. Weckerl, zumindest nicht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Ansonsten perfekt.

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, közel a metró, jó volt a reggeli.
A légkondi nem működött, nem hűtött, és hangos volt a ventilátor része.
Hotel położony obok stacji metra, dogodny dojazd do każdego miejsca w mieście. Pokój czysty, bardzo duży, ładnie urządzony, jest zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Brak lodówki. Można zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu.
Nepatiko labai!
Buvom užsisakę kambarį iš labai labai anksti, o kai atvykom, tai pats viešbutis atšaukė mūsų kambarį, nes atvyko mercedes kompanijos daug žmonių ir viską perleido jiems!!! Ir čia ne tik mums taip, buvo ir žmonių su mažais vaikais, kuriems taip pat nebebuvo kambarių!!!
