Top Lage in solidem Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren zu dritt in Istanbul für 5 Nächte. Das Zimmer hatte 3 Betten und ein relativ großes Bad. Es war wirklich sehr ungewohnt sauber und frisch. Das Frühstück und wie sich Elif Abla jeden Tag um uns gekümmert hat, war unglaublich nett. Die Anbindung zu Bus / Bahn ist hervorragend, innerhalb von 20 min ist man teilweise in Kadiköy. Wir würden noch mal kommen.

Cons:

Weder das Bad noch das Zimmer hatten irgendwelche Ablageflächen. Hier hätte man gezielt planen und einrichten können um mglichst viel vom Platz zu haben, vor allem in einem Mehrbettzimmer.

Pros:

Ubicación y atención del personal y que ofrecían transfer al aeropuerto

Cons:

No había armarios para dejar la ropa, habitación pequeña, baño muy muy antiguo con cosas rotas. Limpieza pobre y estaba lleno de gatos, que estaban hasta dentro del restaurante.

Nice stay
Pros:

The reception check in time lady was very polite, professional and supportive. The evening time reception employee was also kind and helpful. The breakfast area employees including Elif hanım showed nice hospitality.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and convenient location. Highly recommend!
Pros:

I love the Kadıköy area and the hotel is in a great location. Public transport is very close. The staff at the hotel was always there, friendly and ready to help (All the staff spoke excellent English). I liked the general atmosphere of the hotel. I traveled alone and I have to say that i really felt safe and well taken care of. My room was clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast was delicious :)
I definitely recommend the hotel, just remember, it's in the city - if you keep your window open, you're going to hear the traffic. It wasn't excessive noise and it didn't bother me, I slept great after an intensive day in Istannul, but it might be important for you to know :)

Cons:

Breakfast coffee could be a little stronger, but that's just my personal preference ;) It's really a great place to stay!

Konumu metrobüs tren ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın. yatak konforlu ve oda temizdi .

Good afternoon
We can consider it average, and here are the negative points:
1- There is an unpleasant smell in the elevator and hallways.
2- Cleaning services: We turned on the green cleaning light, but upon returning, we found it had been turned off, and the room had not been cleaned.
3- Breakfast was late, starting at 7:30, and even then, it was 10 minutes late, while in all hotels worldwide it starts at 6:30.
4- The breakfast items were very poor.
5- The furniture is problematic as there are no drawers for storing belongings.

The hotel is overall very good, and I would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very good area with plenty of cafés and shops nearby. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Another big advantage is the convenient transportation access: there are buses, metro stations, and Marmaray connections close to the hotel (20 minutes by walking max), making it easy to get around the city.

Cons:

There were a few downsides, though. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Also, one of the two elevators broke down on the day of our arrival, so waiting for the remaining elevator sometimes took a long time.

Hervorzuheben sind das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft, durch die sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Orte bequem zu Fuß erreichen lassen. Ebenfalls sehr positiv aufgefallen ist das äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Während meines Aufenthalts nach einer kleinen ästhetischen Operation standen mir Elif, Serkan, Muhammed, Emre und Yiğit jederzeit unterstützend zur Seite. Sie erkundigten sich regelmäßig nach meinem Wohlbefinden und ob ich etwas benötige. Durch ihre offene und herzliche Art entstanden zudem sehr angenehme und unterhaltsame Gespräche. Die genannten Mitarbeitenden haben meinen Aufenthalt in besonderem Maße bereichert und verdienen ein großes Lob.
