Nice stay
Pros:

The reception check in time lady was very polite, professional and supportive. The evening time reception employee was also kind and helpful. The breakfast area employees including Elif hanım showed nice hospitality.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and convenient location. Highly recommend!
Pros:

I love the Kadıköy area and the hotel is in a great location. Public transport is very close. The staff at the hotel was always there, friendly and ready to help (All the staff spoke excellent English). I liked the general atmosphere of the hotel. I traveled alone and I have to say that i really felt safe and well taken care of. My room was clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast was delicious :)
I definitely recommend the hotel, just remember, it's in the city - if you keep your window open, you're going to hear the traffic. It wasn't excessive noise and it didn't bother me, I slept great after an intensive day in Istannul, but it might be important for you to know :)

Cons:

Breakfast coffee could be a little stronger, but that's just my personal preference ;) It's really a great place to stay!

Konforlu ve rahat
Pros:

Konumu metrobüs tren ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın. yatak konforlu ve oda temizdi .

Cons:

İstanbul’un en işlek caddelerinden biri olduğu için biraz ses alıyor.

Good afternoon
We can consider it average, and here are the negative points:
1- There is an unpleasant smell in the elevator and hallways.
2- Cleaning services: We turned on the green cleaning light, but upon returning, we found it had been turned off, and the room had not been cleaned.
3- Breakfast was late, starting at 7:30, and even then, it was 10 minutes late, while in all hotels worldwide it starts at 6:30.
4- The breakfast items were very poor.
5- The furniture is problematic as there are no drawers for storing belongings.

The hotel is overall very good, and I would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very good area with plenty of cafés and shops nearby. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Another big advantage is the convenient transportation access: there are buses, metro stations, and Marmaray connections close to the hotel (20 minutes by walking max), making it easy to get around the city.

Cons:

There were a few downsides, though. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Also, one of the two elevators broke down on the day of our arrival, so waiting for the remaining elevator sometimes took a long time.

Pros:

Hervorzuheben sind das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft, durch die sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Orte bequem zu Fuß erreichen lassen. Ebenfalls sehr positiv aufgefallen ist das äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Während meines Aufenthalts nach einer kleinen ästhetischen Operation standen mir Elif, Serkan, Muhammed, Emre und Yiğit jederzeit unterstützend zur Seite. Sie erkundigten sich regelmäßig nach meinem Wohlbefinden und ob ich etwas benötige. Durch ihre offene und herzliche Art entstanden zudem sehr angenehme und unterhaltsame Gespräche. Die genannten Mitarbeitenden haben meinen Aufenthalt in besonderem Maße bereichert und verdienen ein großes Lob.

Total disaster
Pros:

We were staying in this hotel for the reason that it was the closest one to our work location. And not much in the area to choose. Our team has been staying there also previously and all was very satisfying last year, including delicious and plentiful breakfast. This time something has happened. Read it from negative assessment.
So: location for our needs was good, hotel and bed and room was clean, but service...

Cons:

We had booked triple room with separate beds, as we are just colleagues, not even family. Upon arrival there was one double bed and one single. We were about to cope, but there was also one blanket on double bed. We spoke to reception, who promised to separate beds by the evening and bring additional blanket. Nothing was done. Then we asked second time for third blanket, which we received very late, and it had no cover! Just plain thin blanket, which should have cover as other blankets did and in any normal hotel or home has. Somehow we slept. Next day we asked again for blanket cover and extra pillow. By very late evening when we already wanted to sleep, we recieved just bed sheet and pillow cover! That was disaster, we realized that either there is no understanding or just plain incompetence. So one of us slept all our stay (5 days) with plain blanket with no cover and 2 of us slept in double bed. Next disaster was breakfast. There is no words to describe it. Our breakfast was included in booking, but separately it cost 15 eur! There was no whatsoever meat, no fruits (some days only very few slices (not freshly cut) banana, but never enough to all visitors (at least we did not see). Boiled eggs were the only things to eat. Some morning omlet was soft and runny. But mainly was really nothing to combine. No lettuce, nothing fresh. Few cucumbers occasionally. No fresh pies or pastry, just dry bread pieces. I have never seen such chaos at breakfast table. Truly, it was awful. Especially when I think it cost 15 eur. Some days there was no cups for coffee&tea, no fork or knives. As if the people serving there did not see these missing. Also there were cats walking around breakfast room and climbing to chairs and tables. Not very hygienical, not mentioning people who might have serious cat allergy. Last morning we just walked to the cafe next door, to have coffee and some pies. Whatever has happened - management should really take serious steps to improve situation!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es insgesamt definitiv weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Wir waren aus Deutschland zu Besuch und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Lage ist super: Die Marmaray-Station Göztepe ist nur ca. 5–6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und der Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel bis zum Kadıköy İskelesi. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten wie Restaurants, Döner oder Domino’s.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett groß genug für zwei Personen, und es gab immer frische Hand- und Duschtücher. WLAN hat ebenfalls einwandfrei funktioniert.
Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, es wurde aber für 15 € pro Person angeboten.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Klimaanlage konnte Ende April nicht kühlen, daher war es etwas warm im Zimmer.
