la posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima sia alla stazione di Paddington che alla metro Paddington.
la nostra suite era un appartamento con due stanze da letto (molto piccole), un soggiorno e un cucinino più bagno.
ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per Londra
le porte delle stanze da letto avevano un chiudiporta molto fastidioso, impossibile tenere aperta la porta.
colazione molto british, poco dolce ma abbastanza varietà di salato e frutta.
la suite non ha aria condizionata ma solo dei ventilatori. se si apre la finestra, nonostante la zona sia tranquilla, si sentono molti rumori.
The room didn't have a washing machine (which is a huge bonus on a longer stay) and although it was clean it could have been a little more comfy and furnishings could have been a tad more creative on the interior
The location is great. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it served our purpose very well. They serve breakfast too although there are options nearby.
Nothing to complain as such. It was hot when we visited so an AC would have been useful. Also, if it is cold you cannot really control the heater much. It is centrally set.
Location to Paddington Station
The narrow corridors made life very difficult.
The room was stifling -we got no sleep.
The signage outside did not include the name we’d booked under ‘Aspen’ causing us to walk right past and become anxious.
We stayed for six nights and truly cannot fault the excellent location and value for money in London. Our room was clean and well-serviced throughout our stay. The basics were all there, including a handy small kitchen that allowed us to prepare a few meals. Having a lift to get to the upper floors was highly appreciated. Overall, a great budget-friendly base!
A few things to note: there is no air conditioning, and because the small window didn't allow for much fresh air, we were incredibly thankful that a fan was provided to handle the heat. Also, the Wi-Fi rarely connected, so we eventually gave up trying to use it.
Great location, good service , excellent room service , very clean and comfortable. Lots of space and everything you need from kitchenette to fridge and fully equipped.
It was underground appartments that were nowhere mentioned. It didn’t bother us as we were out most of the day but would prefer to wake up to nice view for that money we paid for it . We come every year to London and this is first time we came across this kind of accommodation so was a bit disappointed.

The soundproofing of my room was extremely poor - I could hear every conversation from the room above mine.
Front counter staff were not overly welcoming.
The Quad apartment was clean and quiet. Plenty of outlets and the addition of portable fans was helpful...especially for the hot days. Towel warmer in the bathroom was great.

Al llegar no tenía WiFi en mi habitación, se lo comuniqué a las dos personas que atendían y me dijeron que no había solución y que si tanto lo necesitaba tenía buena cobertura de WiFi en el lobby.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the accomodation is in an excellent location. Hyde Park and Paddington Station are just a few minutes' walk away, which made getting around very convenient.
Street noise.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable - it was hard to find a position without feeling the springs poking through.
With soundproof windows and a new mattress, this would be an outstanding place to stay.
Nous avions un appartement sur 2 étages avec cuisine bien équipée et laveuse.
Réception 24h pratique avec possibilité de laisser les bagages dans un local fermé à clé.
Bien situé avec plusieurs restaurants/commerces et métro à proximité.
Il faisait très chaud dans l’appartement et c’était vraiment très bruyant. On entendait les gens à l’intérieur et l’extérieur de l’appartement. ☹️

The apartment was excellent. It was very clean, and comfortable for the stay. The location is very convenient, close to Hyde park and within easy reach of restaurants and shops. The apartment was well equipped with all the essential items needed which made the stay very easy and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend it.
