Never staying there again.
Cons:

Heatwave in London and 2 fans so nothing for the living area. No ice available. The fire alarm went off and continued and there was no advice as to what was happening even after alerting desk staff or later that evening when we returned. No phone to call the desk. No information in the rooms.

Cons:

No cooling, so it’s extremely hot in the room, we ended up checking out of our booking two days early and booking elsewhere. Wifi also didn’t work at all and staff at front desk just said “it works”… so we had to upgrade our mobile data plans.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a generally pleasant stay overall.

Cons:

it was very noisy outside, which made it difficult to rest at times. The breakfast was quite poor and below expectations.

Value for money, functional but old
Pros:

Pros:
1) Great location, 10mins from Paddington Station with restaurants and shops nearby
2) Space- we had 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. Good for 4 pax
3) Daily cleaning was provided
4) 2 fans were provided in the bedrooms, as there was no A/C
5) There was an elevator, so no steps at all.
6) Affordable- every other similar apartment/ hotel was double the price.
7) Washer was provided. No dryer though.
8) Kitchen had microwave, kettle, hob, refrigerator and cooking pots/ utensils provided.

2) Shower pressure was poor
3) Would have liked a shower head on a flexible tubing
4) Blinds didn’t really keep out the light

Pozione top! Reception h24 e possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima e dopo. Staff simpatico!

Cons:

Assenza del condizionatore che non riesce ad essere colmata con il solo ventilatore!

Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

Very empty with the bare minimum. The kitchen smelt damp. Being woken at 6.30 in the morning to people talking and shouting outside of the window. Couldn’t open the curtains as people were outside the window invading privacy. The lady on reception seemed stern and not very friendly

Pros:

la posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima sia alla stazione di Paddington che alla metro Paddington.
la nostra suite era un appartamento con due stanze da letto (molto piccole), un soggiorno e un cucinino più bagno.
ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per Londra

Cons:

le porte delle stanze da letto avevano un chiudiporta molto fastidioso, impossibile tenere aperta la porta.
colazione molto british, poco dolce ma abbastanza varietà di salato e frutta.
la suite non ha aria condizionata ma solo dei ventilatori. se si apre la finestra, nonostante la zona sia tranquilla, si sentono molti rumori.

The room didn't have a washing machine (which is a huge bonus on a longer stay) and although it was clean it could have been a little more comfy and furnishings could have been a tad more creative on the interior

Great stay
Pros:

The location is great. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it served our purpose very well. They serve breakfast too although there are options nearby.

Cons:

Nothing to complain as such. It was hot when we visited so an AC would have been useful. Also, if it is cold you cannot really control the heater much. It is centrally set.
