la cama y la alberca
los meseros de la alberca algunos tiene un trato despota
Hay unas habitaciones nuevas con cúpulas, que almacenan muchísimo calor
El lugar muy bonito y limpio. La comida rica y el personal excelente.
No es agua termal.
El personal muy amable y las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas. El restaurante con excelente comida y servicio. La alberca con agua limpia y de manantial
Una de las albercas no le cambian el agua todos los días, únicamente los sábados . Y las habitaciones son muy calientes y no cuentan con aire acondicionado , tienen ventiladores pero es insuficiente. No pudimos descansar por la noche.

The room was really dirty and full of mosquitoes. We killed at least 30, and by the next day there were more in the room.
Del restaurante es buena la comida y buena atención, el agua de la alberca la cambian totalmente eso me agrado
me quede sin agua cuando me bañaba, ademas no sabía que dan entrada a público en general a utilizar las instalaciones, eso como que le quita la magia al lugar
Ubicación por un evento q tuvimos
Me estaba bañando y me quede sin agua de la regadera. Había moscos en la habitación. Muy poca iluminación dentro de la habitación. En el restaurant (muy ricos los alimentos) sin embargo había muchos meseros y cocineros pero muy mal organizados y tardados. El $ habitación fue demasiado caro, como si fuera Hotel 5 estrellas. Y al momento de hacer check out me estaban cobrando consumos del restaurante que no eran míos.

EL RESTAURANTE ESTA MUY BONITO, ASI MISMO EL ESPACIO PARA COMER QUE ESTA POR FUERA, LA PISCINA EXCELENTE, PORQUE LA LLENAN DIARIAMENTE CON AGUA TERMAL
LAS INSTALACIONES DE JACUZZI, TINA Y BAÑO, NO TIENEN UN ADECUADO MANTENIMIENTO, NO ME REFIERO A LIMPIEZA, SINO FUNCIONAMIENTO.

Los zancudos..hay.muchos por la época de lluvias y la vegetación...aunque ponen dispositivos para ahuyentarlos...
