אוכל היה מצויין, המיקום טוב כי מאוד קרוב לנמל תעופה ומרחק הליכה קצרה מאוג לחוף, המסאז'ים היו מאוד טובים.

מהרגע שמגיעים לא מסבירים שום דבר על מה כולל ההכל כלול, עובדי הקבלה לא יודעים כמעט דבר ממה ששואלים אותם, רוב המתקנים לא עובדים בגלל שזה לא בעונה (כמו החדר ילדים בשביל משחקים), המעליות תקולות, המסדרונות רותחים מחום, הבריכה בפנים בכלל לא מחוממת, מחסור במגבות בריכה, אין חלוק.
