The staff was the best
Aircon and TV need to work better

Breakfast was very good, air conditioners in our rooms, when it was +30 degrees C outside, provided very comfortable temperature in our rooms, good elevator. Rooms were big enough, bathrooms -clean. Excellent location, because near by there was a park and it was possible to reach the old city with all those beautiful grand buildings from the turn of 19th/20-th cent. in 15-20 min. walk.

Overall, a fine hotel. Good location, within walking distance of the metro, the Parliament, and more. Opposite the hotel, there is a supermarket as well as several cafes and restaurants.
The breakfast was filling, though not very varied.
For a 3-star hotel, they met expectations.
The staff members were nice and helpful.
The main problem with the room was the plumbing. Once we took a bath and drained the water, it backed up and flooded the room. The front desk told us that due to the late hour, there was no technician available to handle the issue. The problem was only addressed the following morning (we didn't test it). I wonder if the response would have been the same had the toilet overflowed.
The next day, I asked to speak with the manager. Although he was very nice and offered to switch our room (which didn't make sense since we were flying out the next day), he failed to understand the importance of having an on-call maintenance person for emergency issues. It is hardly pleasant to be stuck with a flooded bathroom all night.
Additionally, it is a good idea to bring your own conditioner and body lotion, as these are not provided. It also wouldn't hurt for the housekeeping staff to replenish shower caps, cotton swabs, and tea when they see they have run out.

Staff friendly and helpful, very pleasant and accomodating. Comfortable bed, good choice of pillows, clean room, air coditioning made the night pleasant in a canicular day. Great options for breakfast. Fantastic location, easy access to lots of places and attractions.
