Cons:

Everything. These are glorified pictures on portal, while property is quite bad looking. Same goes for room pictures. Room selected never mentioned that it was Home stay. A home in a scheduled location, which is quite scary and seems riskier. We had no option at last moment. Would never suggest. No point in discussing facilities. Very very bad. The guy gave us shower gel in a bottle water.

Het is geen hotel, ik zou zeggen vergane Glorie, je moet ze echt aanspreken, maar dan doen ze het direct, zijn prima gasten

High potential with minor corrections!
Pros:

Location was nice! Staff were friendly. The pool was beautiful, Wifi was strong. The mini fridge was perfect.

Cons:

The wifi was routed through an unregistered VPN and guests were not informed about it (shady practice). Housekeeping only when specifically requested. Mosquitos and other bugs in the room. AC just barely keeping up on hot days.
