The location is perfect, less than 5 min walk from Gojo nishinotoin bus station that leads to everywhere we wanna visit in kyoto and walkable distance to surrounding cafes and good restaurants too. The receptionist was very kind and accomodating to our checkin and checkout timing. A new and clean hotel to stay in!

We were happy about our room.
Pros:

The room is comfortably big enough for two people, and quiet (as booked). It has a small corner for simple cooking, and shared washing machine for free. Staffs are friendly and good in English communication.
