Great decor, super king bed was great. Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Pretty good location, couple minute walk to the mall

everything. Clean, breautiful bathroom, and all the nice to haves.

Cons:

The weights in the gym were 12KGs and higher. Something smaller would have a great.

I felt very comfortable like I was at home and the views were incredible
Pros:

the views were amazing, the food and drinks were exceptional and the bed was also very comfy, I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend

Cons:

I guess the only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't change the setting on the AC but overall the room was absolutely astonishing and this doesn't change the fact that it was the best hotel I've stayed at

Worth a second chance
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, rooms comfortable

Cons:

No English tea in the room and staff couldn’t solve the issue till the following day so only stayed one night but no drink in the room.

Great mid century styled hotel in heart of the city.
Pros:

The hotel is well styled, beds comfy and the bar and pool area has a good vibe. Well priced food and drinks.

Cons:

It’s a small thing, they have oodie style short sleeve bath robes - I prefer the traditional long sleeve style you wrap around. Food service in the bar was very slow. But the drinks were spot on!

Beautiful property, still a decent amount to improve on for the price
Pros:

- aesthetic
- beautiful rooms and facilities
- central location

Cons:

- $1000+ for 2 nights and complained about the noise above on 3 seperate occasions. Nothing was done
- Didnt replenish bottled water or robes (had to request robes)
- when we arrived they only had enough towels, robe etc for 1 person in the room
- If you rung reception / room service there was a 50:50 chance of them picking up
- positioned as 5 star and think the staff / attention to detail isnt there just yet. One morning we went down and staff were bitching at reception and didnt acknowledge us
