I suppose that for our next visits we'll try to find alternatives. The dark rooms are unacceptable!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful - WELL DONE!
Room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

1. Room is very very very very dark!!! and the curtains could not be left open, as the neighbors are nearby...
2. Water bottle in the room: the water were simple pipe-water not mineral and not even distilled!
3. Parking: this is an issue! the parking spaces are very (!) limited - you need to inform customers in advance!
4. Breakfast: a little more vegetables could be nice.

Clean and modern hotel with nice breakfast.
Pros:

Cleanliness, polite, and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Some rooms have a coffee machine. Elevator, card access.

Cons:

There's a garage, but parking there wasn't possible: it's only suitable for a low, short car. However, there's one parking spot outside behind a barrier.

Good value for the money
Pros:

Everything: friendly staff, good location for what I needed, very comfortable room and bed, nice bathroom, everything new and clean, bonus: a nice ironingtable and iron, very performant (I even took them a photo :))

Cons:

Small parking space, narrow and abrupt entrance to it.
