The room I stayed in was comfortable. The host was very receptive and was willing to assist in requests such as bag storage etc. The bathroom was a great size: did not feel cramped in any way.
The ironing board was quite hilarious, but nice.
The room had a mini fridge and kettle. However, for microwave and stove, those were in the communal areas.
The communal areas were immaculate and always had hot water, coffee, tea, and snacks available for use. The location is two blocks from the Avenue, so it was easy to get meals etc and easy for transport to wherever you wanted to go. However, the hotel is not in the heart of downtown, so would need to arrange transport to go into Downtown Port of Spain.
No dislikes.

This accommodation would be great for short stays
The bathroom got very hot when used, and the shower pressure was weak.
To get to attractions you needed to use the TT Ride Share app to book taxis as didn't see any passing on the main road. Savannah Park was 20 minutes walk away, got very hot and wished we booked a cab instead.
There were no windows in the room and the bathroom looked out to rooftops.

It was clean and they offered tea coffee and snacks which was nice. It was modern too.
It is a non-functioning “smart” hotel. The security guard told us where to park and that we wouldn’t be blocked by anyone only to discover at 6 AM when we wanted to go visiting that our car was blocked and nobody to contact. Luckily someone came after probably hearing us knocking on every door looking for the security guard. Then when we came back to check out at 11:37 (checkout was at 12) - none of the codes was working to open either the front or room doors. Other guests arrived and we were lucky to get in but still couldn’t get into the room. I found a bunch of keys in a door and managed to open our room to get the luggage. However, this is a huge security issue on one hand and very poor “smart” system management too. Basically if you find a bunch of keys you can just eneter every room and take what you need, right?! Someone did reply on WhatsApp later but if we waited until then we would have missed our flight. So unfortunately it was a bad experience.
The location was close to a busy strip with lots of restaurants pubs bars.

The location is not very lit by night but only 2 minutes walk to main roads
It was convenient, great location and the staff was most courteous.
Was concerned a bit with the parking but we were assured that the area was safe.

The property was well maintained and cleaned inside. The rooms are well cleaned and maintained their accommodations were exceptional.
The only discomfort is the surrounding area needs to be cleaned up because it’s an major highway and just need to be maintained the outside of the property.

Loved the cleanliness of the space. Nikesha assisted when I had a query. She was lovely and pleasant while assisting.
The self-check in was amazing. The accessibility to the town and venues were super convenient given the location of the Hotel.
The complete blacking out of the room was oh so wonderful! You couldn't tell if it was night or day! That helped with excellent sleep.
The aesthetic of the Carnival Suite was exquisitely chic, modern and lovely. The minimalist design is alluring. The snack and tea station was superb also.
Will stay again!!
The only complaint is sometimes the water pressure isn't powerful and the water wasn't hot enough for my liking. It was luke warm at best.

Was supposed to have towels replaced after first day, was not done. Maybe a misunderstanding…
Attentive staff. Nikisha made the difference. She was very polite, understood our issue and rebooked our stay because of plane issues. Well located, very good value for the money, modern, well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Very secure with entrance access with codes. 1 stairs et to climb. No elevators for the ones that it is an issue. Overall, a great recommendation 🙌
Minor issue is for the ones who want very hot water. It was hot, but not so much.
メッセージのやり取りは迅速で信頼がおける。バスでいけるかどうかなどは教えてもらえなかったが、少なくともわからなくても返信はしてくれる。空港からの送迎はオフィシャルタクシーの価格+5USDなので妥当。きれいなキッチンにはコーヒーや紅茶が24時間飲めるようになっていて、小さなスナック菓子も置いてある。部屋に水のボトルが置いてあるのもうれしい。シャワーのお湯は十分熱く湯量も満足。誰にも会わずにチェックイン/チェックアウトできるもの快適。
大きめの一軒家の一つの部屋を占有するようなイメージなので、同じタイミングでうるさい客がいると若干迷惑。
