The location. Everything was new and clean
No value for the price paid. There should be sufficient disclosure on the listing that the place does not offer standard service and amenities such as bottled water, fresh towels or periodic housekeeping for the price charged. It is adapted student accomodation. Checkout is too early with no flexibility from the staff
So close to everything. Brand new so everything clean and spotless. Again student accommodation so small room would be ok for two if purpose in Galway was sightseeing and o ly required bed & shower. Was able to wash & dry my clothes with onsite laundramat. Bed comfortable but one side against wall. Ideal for single traveller but tight for two.
No extras itself in the room but ask & they’ve got it tea & coffee facilities in the lobby
No glass for water in the room no body wash shampoo or conditioner in bathroom/shower.

Friendly staff, new building
Impossible to sleep as every single door in the huge building slams closed, none of the doors soft close and you can hear doors on multiple levels (even with heavy duty earplugs). It is awful if a door slams shut in your “apartment” area as It is so loud and startling, and obviously as Galway is a party town there are people coming and going at all hours.
So convenient a stay,everything was spotless,the staff r lovely,very helpful
The room was very small,but i was solo guest so it wasnt bad

No toiletries for the shower, No air conditioning in room, Duvet cover was way oversized for the size of duvet hence very uncomfortable sleep, and the fire alarm went off late into night for what seemed like an extended period, but no-one came to check and see if I was in the room !!!
Staff were super helpful & friendly. Spotlessly clean hotel v well ran. Bed was comfortable, shower great. Fantastic location. Quiet hotel for a great nights sleep. Great to be able to open windows in this warm weather.
I would have liked a glass & a hair dryer. Please ensure to bring toiletries as only soap provided.
