Great Central location!
Modern apartment, very comfortable and clean, perfect size.
Bed linen fresh and lovely - also a spare blanket on hand.
Well equipped.
Easy access and instructions.
Enjoyed the big tv downstairs.

Cons:

Off-street parking would have been a bonus. We couldn’t always get a park right outside - but still in the street (and not restricted parking) so fully accept that this comes with inner city living.

Amazing on Armagh
Pros:

The apartment was immaculate. It was clear upon entering that it was fresh and clean. It was lovely to stay somewhere brand new. I was impressed to find that there was an additional separate toilet. The outside seating area was just lovely and despite a little rain I was able to enjoy a morning coffee out there. Beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Cons:

As it is a new set-up it seemed a few things might have been missing. There is no upstairs heating or electric blankets but there was an additional blanket for each room. There was also a lack of mirrors which may still be on their way! Not big issues at all.

Some places make a good first impression. Very few manage to make the second stay even better.

A last-minute change of plans meant I unexpectedly needed another night in Christchurch, and I honestly couldn’t have hoped for an easier experience. Rebooking was effortless, communication was prompt, and Lloyd made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely seamless.
The next apartment itself was every bit as impressive as the first —spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s one of those rare places that genuinely feels like a home away from home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. It’s clear the hosts genuinely care about their guests, and that level of hospitality shines through in every interaction.

Asking for another night was an easy decision, and if I ever find myself back in Christchurch again, I wouldn’t waste a second looking anywhere else. A second stay has simply confirmed what I already suspected after the first—this place is an absolute gem.

Close to everything. Could walk to CBD and Hagley Park. Kitchen was amazing. While place was perfect! Well done for a perfect stay.
