августа провела чудесных восемь дней в Тбилиси. Масса приятных впечатлений, в том числе и об отеле BRB, где мы останавливались. Мы чувствовали атмосферу доброжелательности, культуры, отзывчивости персонала. Прекрасный интерьер, чистота в номерах, возможность заказа прекрасных завтраков. Весь персонал замечательный. К сожалению, не знаем всех имён сотрудников, кого хотелось бы упомянуть. Больше всего нам приходилось общаться с Марией— какая она доброжелательная , отзывчивая и дипломатичная, искренне желает сделать пребывание в отеле комфортным. Мы остались очень довольны нашим выбором отеля.

Calm and charming, super clean hotel and tasty restaurant food.
Pros:

The location is near the big cathedral and close to the subway station. The view to the city was nice because the hotel is on a hill. There was a bus station really close. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The reception desk is 24h and there is someone there at all times. The first floor is really beautiful.
Thanks to Manoush, Maria and Luka our stay was super comfy. The room had a Jacuzzi so it was relaxing and calm. The room was super clean and cleaned every day. There was a work desk at the room. There was a printer in the hotel and I was able to use it whenever needed. There was a safe in the room. The door opened with a keycard. The wifi was fast and had good coverage throughout the hotel. There was a powerful air conditioning in the room.
I especially recommend Luka's latte coffee for the interesting coffee downpour effect right in the glass. In general all the restaurant food is tasty and professionally made.

Cons:

Sometimes the staff was busy with other guests so we had to wait. The unanswered voicemail light was blinking on the phone and there was no way to remove it.

Остались в абсолютном восторге от пребывания в этом отеле! Прекрасно было абсолютно всё: от тёплой встречи на ресепшен до каждой мелочи в номере. Номер потрясающий — чистый, светлый, с очень удобной кроватью, качественным постельным бельём и всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха.

Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки — это просто восторг! Всё безумно вкусно, свежо и красиво подано.

Сервис и обслуживание — на высочайшем уровне. Весь персонал невероятно вежливый, внимательный и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом и создать атмосферу настоящего уюта.

Огромное спасибо отельному коллективу за безупречный отдых! Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать всем друзьям и знакомым!

Pros:

I liked this hotel and the luxurious rooms that look like a 5 hotel star rooms, the staff especially Maria and Manoj who were very king and helpful , the cleaning team, and the low price.
