호텔 구조는 다른 지역 소노벨에 비해 넓고 좋았습니다. 바다가 보이는 경치도 매우 좋았습니다.

신생 숙박 시설임에도 객실내에 초파리 비슷한 벌레가 날아다니고, 객실 화장실, 샤워부스.. 등 청결도는 기대 이하였습니다.(특히 변기-변기 뚜껑에 까만 때와 변기통 외부에 무언가 흘러내린 자국이 있었음) 연박을 했는데 호텔이라고 명칭이 되어 있으면서 쓰레기통도 비워주지 않았고, 화장지&티슈 보충, 수건 교체 등이 이루어 지지 않아 프런트에 연락을 해야만 했고, 연락 후에도 수건만 문고리에 걸어 놓고 가버렸습니다. 그것도 객실 기본 인원수에 맞지 않게 수량 부족하게…
전기차 충전기도 5대 밖에 없어 충전 전쟁에 가깝게 매우 불편했으며, 주차면은 턱없이 너무 너무 부족해 근처 공원 주차장, 도로가에 주차해야 했습니다.
편의 시설 보충, 용역으로 운영 중인 청소 메이드 청결&청소 교육 등이 더 철저했으면 했으면 합니다.

Pros:

객실이 넓어서 좋았습니다.
객실내 냉온정수기 있는게 너무 좋았습니다. 보통 생수를 두병정도 넣어주시는데 부족하기도 하고 커피포트에 끓여서 차마실때 살짝 찜찜한 느낌이 들었는데 냉온정수기가 있으니 무제한. 간단한 컵라면도 먹을수 있고. 전자레인지도 있어서 정말 좋았습니다.

Cons:

객실 청소가 상당히 아쉬웠으며 안내데스크 요청후 다시 청소해주셨는데 여전히 머리카락과 꼬불거리는 털은 너무 인상찌푸리게 했습니다. 변기와 욕실이 분리되는건 좋았으나 환기팬 돌아가는 소리가 엄청 시끄러워서 켜놓을수가 없었습니다. 꺼놓고 자는데 새벽에 들리는거 보니 옆객실인듯합니다. 방음이 그리 좋지 않은거 같습니다. 일회용품 안쓰는거 대찬성인데 객실내 실내화에서 냄새나서 이부분 관리가 필요해보입니다.

Pros:

타이밍잘맞춰 가성비있게 예약한다면 두번고민않고 예약하면 좋고 강구항(대게집)이나 고래불해수욕장 옥계계곡 등등 주변 놀거리가 굉장히 많다.
근처에 어설픈민박이나 펜션보다 메리트가있다
소노벨계열은 역시 침대맛집,,♡
주변 배달이 뭐 없긴해도 오션뷰 보고있음 기분이 그냥좋은곳

엘리베이터가 수용못할정도로 너무적다,,(3대)
그래서 1층이나 지하주차장 다녀오면 10분은 훌쩍지나고 한번나가기가 힘들다
타 리조트가면 최소6대는 돌릴만한 규모에 내부주차장도 조금더 많아야할텐데 야외주차장이 대안이라고하니,,
야외주차장이 생각보다 오르막에 멀어 셔틀을 운용하든 해야할듯,,

바로 앞 바다를 산책하러가는 길이 없어요
직원들이 전반적으로 친절하진 않은데 레스토랑에 있던 제시카 이분은 굉장히 친절해서 외국인이라 다른가…싶었어요

청결함이 아쉽고 타숙소 대비 가격이 합리적이지 않음
Pros:

시내와 조금 거리가 있지만 해변을 바라볼 수 있는 위치라 좋았습니다.

Cons:

1박 486천원의 만족감은 없었습니다.
객실 청소가 제대로 되지 않아 월풀욕조는 스스로 청소했습니다.
이불과 수건에 냄새가 나서 불쾌했고, 이불은 도저히 참을 수 없는 정도라 교체 요청했고 두번째에 정상 이불로 바꿔주셨습니다. 또 이런 시간 낭비와 불쾌한 냄새 경험하게 될까봐 이틀,삼일째에는 절대 이불 교체하지 말아달라고 부탁드렸으나 , 다시 암모니아냄새나는 이불로 임의 교체됐고 다시 바꿔달라고 했으나 역시 세탁이 제대로 되지않은 이불로 바껴서 어쩔 수없이 1박을 매우 불쾌한 냄새와 함께 보냈습니다. 여러 명의 직원들 중 그 누구의 사과도 없었습니다.
수영장은 광고와 달리 너무 작았고 레스토랑은 브레이크타임이 길어 이용이 불편했습니다.

파나크 영덕 가족 여행
Pros:

풀빌라는 전반적으로 가족(6명)들이 같이 이용하기에 충분히 넓었고, 시설도 만족스러웠다.

Cons:

풀에서 앞쪽 숙소의 바베큐장과 근거리여서 다른 숙박객들과 쉽게 눈이 마주친점은 좀 아쉬웠고, 침구에서 빨래가 덜 마른 냄새가 났던점도 개선이 필요할것 같다.
