The staff was exceptional! Everyone was working very hard to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel was short staffed. We had to ask a few times for our room to be serviced. It was not serviced until after our 3rd night. There was food/garbage left by the microwave ice machine station on the 2nd floor for several days.
Completely new, beautiful and close to the airport. Easy access by car
Located near but not too close to a highway. Easy access to get right into Bozeman.

Front facing room on 6th floor was noisy from highway traffic.
Room was very spacious.
Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 am, we showed up at 9:10 am and 80% of the food was gone. When we asked a hotel employee for silverware (because it was also gone) he was very rude. Another guest asked if they would be refilled the bacon or sausage and he was extremely rude to them and said no. Not only didn’t they refill the food, they closed the door and locked it early.
