Convenient to the airport and had shuttle
Very disorganized. I had booked a shuttle and no one wrote it down. No coffee in the room. No electric outlet on both sides of bed. Only one.
The breakfast was amazing among the best free ones I have had. The location was good. Very close to the airport. There were not a lot of sidewalks nearby and nothing really to walk to. You had to drive 15 minutes to get to pretty much everything.
Really it was great.

Prices in the Wyoming and Montana area are really unreasonably high.
Staff was wonderful and exceeded their job. Breakfast was wonderful.
Both times I stayed at hotel, my feet would get a bit dirty from the room floor. I could tell both times I stayed that the floors could use a good wet mopping.
Hotel was new and clean conveniently located near the airport. Breakfast was good also but I’ve had better at other IHG hotels.
Hotel is located right next to a busy interstate highway and both of our rooms were facing it. I had asked for rooms facing the mountains thinking they would be quiet peaceful rooms…boy was I wrong. I had 2 rooms and no one had a good nights sleep because of all the truck and vehicle noise. Bring your earplugs. If you stay here ask for a room not facing the highway.
The room was clean and sterile. The room lacked wall hooks. The room would have benefited by having tables or shelves to place personal items or suitcases.
It was very clean, nice large room, breakfast was excellent and close to the airport for which we had to fly out early the next morning.

We got in super late and found out the blind in our room was broken so we woke up at sunrise. The bathroom was out of body wash.
