Overall pleasant stay and good price, only issue was the lack of elevator

Air conditioning, good price, refrigerator, good location

Cons:

It’s located up 8 flights of stairs, so keep that in mind, there is no elevator. Also one of my towels provided was dirty. It was also kind of hard to find, the sign leading to it says “urban hotel” and not “capital city”

Мне очень понравилось у вас! Персонал, новая мебель, в самом центре, ночью очень тихо, хороший кондиционер, быстрый интернет. Спасибо Рафиге за ее советы и рекомендации и ребятам. Я обязательно вернусь!

Great stay and perfect location
Pros:

Very comfortable and friendly staff. The location is perfect. Also great shower and WiFi.

Cons:

There is a lot of stairs to reach the hotel, wasn’t a problem for us but something to consider - they also have someone to help with luggage if needed. Also the code entry for rooms can be quite loud.

впечатления отличное в номере все необходимые кухня ,стиральная машинка , телвизор, матрас на любителя но особого дискон

я уже 6 раз в Баку и также проживал в этом отеле мне очень понравился персонал особенно блогодарю Менеджера Валида и ребят в Ресершене Орхан мне помог проблемами с сим картой и был очень заботливым вчем советую огромный вам респект❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cons:

было бы отлично поставить лифт но это не имеет особую разницу так как конфорт номеров конпенсировало это

Good location, but at what cost!
Pros:

The location was great in the prospective of it being near to the main attractions of Baku
Modern furniture and fairly clean

Cons:

Its located up a very sketchy difficult to reach building without any banners indicating the location of the place
You have to climb more than a 100 steps with you luggage to reach to the "hotel"
