Hermoso hotel pero con problemas en cuestiones básicas

El hotel es hermoso y está muy bien ubicado. El mobiliario de la habitación era de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

Durante varios momentos de la estadía se cortaba el agua, supuestamente por problemas técnicos del hotel, pero no avisaban previamente a los huéspedes, con lo cual nos encontrábamos sorpresivamente sin agua en el baño. Considero que el agua resulta un servicio básico que debe tener el hotel para brindar un buen servicio.

A melhor estadia da viagem.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que al entrar me cobraron un seguro por si consumía en el restaurante.. no consumí nada y me dijeron que me lo descontaban en la tarjeta de crédito.. eso nunca sucedió. El resto impecable el hotel
