La localización muy buena

Cons:

La verdad las instalaciones tienen varias oportunidades de mejora, de entrada llegas con maletas grandes y te encuentras con unas escaleras. El piso en el que me hospedé lo pasillos tenían olor a cañerías y las ventanas de la habitación estaban tan sucias que no se podía ver afuera. Esperaba más de una cadena tan reconocida

Nice hotel
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had an excellent shower. Really appreciate throw blankets in the closet. The AC was silent and kept the room nice and cool.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, but not great. The room where breakfast is served is definitely too small and the fresh options weren’t great. Coffee selection was limited to a pot of old coffee

Amazing place to stay
Pros:

Location is central to everything restaurants, entertainment, museums, shops, and cafes.
My room was impeccable, clean, large, comfortable bed, big shower, and good privacy.
The buffet breakfast is delightful with a good variety of food for all. Good value for money. Breakfast was included in the price
But the most amazing part was the customer service. The staff are helpful, courteous, and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.
