Всичко ми хареса. Хотелът е нов от 2025г. персоналът е нов но продължавайте да наблягате на чистотата на стаите повече и забранете телефоните на служителите. Обслужване, обслужване и пак обслужване! От първи до последния служител, трябва да знаете, че клиента е цар и трябва да бъде отлично обслужван, дори повече отколкото е нужно. Трябва да сте там пред погледа му като футболист чакащ пас. Усмивки, поздрави, комплименти, обгрижване и сигурност ! Това е този бранш. Имате потенциал и за София, за кокнцерт в Зала 8888, или летището сте първи избор! Не се чуваше нищо от външната среда. Супер беше благодарим ви.

Отлична закуска, много вкусна и разнообразна, богата блок-маса. Стаите са безупречно чисти, със стилно и комфортно обзавеждане. Предвидени са удобства за всеки момент от престоя на гостите. Любезен и отзивчив персонал. Усмихнат екип, който с удоволствие съдейства, и изпраща гостите си с думите "Винаги сте добре дошли". Перфектна локация на хотела. Perfect modern 5 star hotel. Room was very comfertable and fully equip with all required items. Perfect location. Very good breskfest. All was perfect but prices a little hire. But this is 5 star hotel. So its fully matched. Quality and high standarts

Nyt og flot hotel. Værelset var rigtig dejligt, stort og havde gode faciliteter.

Cons:

Hotellet ligger et stykke uden for centrum.
Restauranten var ikke samme standard som resten af hotellet. Det var okay, men ikke noget særligt.

Pros:

Модерен хотел, чисто и ново, електронно се пускат завесите. Изключително слънчеви и просторни стаи.Любезно и бързо обслужване на рецепция. Специални благодарности на червенокосото момиче за съдействието с паркинга и спа центъра.

Чудесно
Pros:

Чист, хубав хотел със осигурено паркомясто - особено важно за тази част на София за мен.
Много любезен персонал. И чудесна закуска. Очарована съм от всичко.

Cons:

Мини бара не беше зареден. И в 22.30ч и лоби бара не работеше. Нямаше къде да пием по чаша вино.

I am delighted with the stay.
Pros:

The hotel has a good location and it looks exceptional. It’s very luxurious and comfortable.

Cons:

I’ve been to a concert and my friend and I came back to the hotel at around 11:30 PM. Our room was on floor 11 and there was a problem with the elevators. This was a bit inconvenient but the people at the reception were very friendly and eager to help.
