widok z okna

Cons:

głównie małe rzeczy ale przez 3 dni nazbierało się ich dużo - 1 karta została źle zaprogramowana i nie otwierała pokoju i windy, po podłączeniu ładowarki do telefonu wywaliło bezpieczniki, nie było mydła pod prysznicem tylko 2 szampony, przy rejestracji Pani powiedziała żeby dodzwonić się do recepcji trzeba wykręcić 8 a okazało się że inny numer, żeby posprzątali pokój trzeba było to samemu kliknąć na padzie i tego też nikt nie powiedział i sporo takich "drobnych rzeczy" które nie zagrały

Would not reapeat stay, not worth the cost
Pros:

The hotel is new and has a great interior design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff is extremely unfriendly and for a 5 star hotel had very few meal choices (continental). Even though it’s far from full capacity, the staff was on you at all times picking every single plate as soon as you put down the utensils, but at the same time took forever to bring out the food orders at dinner. Was charged for an early check in to a room that didn’t have vacuumed floors.

Претензия на умный дом и дизайн в ущерб удобству проживания.
Pros:

Есть красная соленая рыба, что соответствует требованию 5*, но очень дешевая. Обедали и ужинали в ресторане, пища высокого качества, хотя меню бедное и однообразное. Персонал внимательный и готов всегда помочь. Горничные и уборщицы говорят по русски, на рецепции молодежь говорит только по болгарски и по английски. Очень благодарны персоналу за решение вопроса о замене номера и помощи при вызове медицинской помощи.

Cons:

Завтрак для отеля 5* бедненький, никак не дотягивает до 5*. К примеру, нет даже никаких каш, салат надо сделать самому из трех продуктов (капуста, помидоры, огурцы,). Масло и бальзамик (по одному сорту) стоят тут же в простых бутылках без наконечников, - неудобно наливать. На столах нет салфеток, только под приборами. На столах нет оливкового масла и бальзамика. 4 вида сосисок, три из них пережарены. Крайне неудобная сенсорная система управления освещением. В ванной комнате нет стаканов для ополаскивания полости рта, предлагают использовать стаканы из номера и это не соответствует гигиеническим нормам. Фен в отдельном мешочке, перед пользованием надо доставать, а потом убирать, так как положить его некуда. Управление лифтом тоже сложное, неоднократно приезжали на этаж, на который нам было не нужно. Выбор этажа только снаружи , внутри уже ничего нельзя исправить. Матрацы на кроватях (они сдвоены в большую кровать) наклонены в сторону, ощущение скатывания. Пришлось подкладывать под матрац свернутое покрывало.

Pros:

Современная новая гостиница. Очень чисто. Вкусные завтраки. Очень хорошее отношение персонала. Путешествовали с пожилыми родителями. При возникновении проблем со здоровьем, нам очень помог персонал! Очень благодарна за помощь!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at East Plaza Hotel. The hotel offers a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and professional service. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options.

Nice New hotel, big rooms, nice and polite stuff.

Cons:

The location is quite depressing. There is almost nothing nearby except old, unattractive buildings, and even basic services such as a supermarket are missing from the immediate area.
Breakfast was disappointing. The pastries were not fresh, the selection was limited, and the overall quality was below expectations.
The facilities are also poorly explained and inconsistently maintained. Some work, some do not, and getting a clear answer from the staff about what is available or functioning is unnecessarily difficult.

החדר ברמה גבוהה, מאוד יפה ונוח. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה וטובה. . אם יש רכב אז המיקום טוב, ויש חניה חינם של המלון.

Cons:

בצ'קאין כשהגענו לא קיבלנו הדרכה על מערכת המעליות המתוחכמת ונתקענו, זו היתה חוויה לא נעימה. . בבוקר התעוררנו בבהלה מאזעקת אש, אכ התבררה כאזעקת שוא. היה לא נעים.

מלון חדיש ומודרני, מאוד נקי, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, מרחב ציבורי ענק וספות נוחות . חניון מרווח וחינם. לאור תלונותינו שוחח אתנו מנהל התפעול ועשה נפלאות למעננו ותודה רבה לו!!

לא קיבלנו הדרכה על מערכת המעליות המיוחדת ולכן נתקענו. בבוקר הבהילה אותנו אזעקת אש, שהתבררה כשווא. היתה אי הבנה עם בוקינג ולא חיכו לנו החדרים שציפינו להם. . למחרת הכל סודר בהתערבות מנהל התפעול
