De ligging en onze villa top plek naast het zwembad en restaurant nr 410
Personeel super aardig en spa is top

Afstand naar receptie wel beetje ver maar je belde 0 en ze pikken je binnen 1 minuut op met golf karretje wat ook leuk is…..

Strand ziet er top uit en ontbijt was erg goed

Zauberhafter Palmengarten an ruhigem, weissem Sandstrand
Pros:

Die weitläufige Anlage mit den kleinen Bungalows am schönen weissen Sandstrand mit dem ruhigen, grünen Palmengarten ist unschlagbar und ermöglicht Privatsphäre - im Vergleich zu den schrecklichen Riesenhotels rundherum. Der grosse Pool mit Bar direkt am Strand ist auch zauberhaft - obwohl wir ihn nie genutzt haben, wenn man das saubere Meer schon direkt vor der Nase hat. Die Bungalows sind riesig - nur etwas karg eingerichtet. Aber das riesige Bett ist wunderbar bequem und zu dem Preis kann man echt nichts sagen. Das Personal ist super herzlich und professionell. Besonders Vu, Linh und Daisy haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Bitte fragt die Leute nach ihren vietnamesischen Namen, um ihnen in Würde zu begegnen. Es ist furchtbar und beschämend kolonialistisch, dass sich alle Tourismusangestellten in Hoi An westliche Namen für die Touristen zulegen müssen.

Cons:

Wir waren Mitte Mai dort. Die Fenster und das Dach im Obergeschoss des zweistöckigen Bungalows sind leider nicht gut isoliert, sodass die Klimaanlage oben nicht gut funktionierte und es im Schlafzimmer warm und feucht war. Nur im Untergeschoss war es schön kühl, aber dort ist nur das Bad. Man sollte es umgekehrt einrichten: Unten schlafen, oben duschen. Zudem hört man oben die fast die ganze Nacht die Frösche sehr laut quaken.

Amazing, this was our favourite stay during our trip and sad we had to leave
Pros:

We loved pretty much everything about this place. The location is amazing if you don’t wanna be in Hoi A township itself (it’s a 15 minute drive), it’s directly on the beachfront & away from the street so nice and quiet. The pool was awesome and breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were amazing, shout out to Vu who was awesome and took great care of us.

Cons:

The hotel property is quite spread out and the bikes used to get around the hotel were all booked out. However they do have a cart service which works perfectly fine.

Pros:

Wspaniały ośrodek, olbrzymia przestrzeń, zielona trawa, wspaniały widok na morze, bardzo intymna atmosfera z uwagi na wielkość obiektu miało się wrażenie że to jest butikowy hotel. Możliwość jazdy rowerem po ośrodku było atrakcją dla dzieciaków. Bardzo pomocny i przyjazny personel który robił wszystko żeby umilić pobyt.

Pros:

Prachtige locatie aan het strand.
Leuk domein die men aan het opknappen is maar daar heb je geen last van. Kinderen konden de fietsen op het domein gebruiken.

Cons:

Het huisje was niet zozeer modern maar had alles wat nodig was. Niet alle stenen aan het privé-zwembad lagen vast.

Amazing location, fabulous staff , with some room to improve for the room. Still amazing value though.
Pros:

Absolutely amazing people who work there. I would say one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Vietnam in terms of service. Everyone who I had the pleasure of dealing with was patient, friendly and smiling.

The pool is also great. They offered a golf cart ride between your room and reception on request when you don’t want to walk which is great if you have kids.

Loved the location. It’s quiet and great for families. Not so happening around the property but there are a few small restaurant and pharmacy around. If you do want nightlife and more dining options, a 5-minute grab ride to A Bang you will have everything. It’s also very close to Hoi An old town, about a 20-minute car ride.

The garden was also amazing. With the renovation they’re doing I think It’ll even be better when I come back in a year or so.

Cons:

It’s mainly the room that needs improvement. I wouldn’t have any major complaint given the price and other great things about the property. But there are quite a few a few things to improve to make the room a more enjoyable place to stay. 1. There should be tissue next to your bed or on the desk. 2. Shampoo and shower gel should be next to the shower but just next to the bathtub. It’s just awkward. 3. The doors to balcony are not sealed so noise and ants come in. 4. Probably the biggest issue is the room is way too dark. There are too dimly lit wall lamps for a pretty good size room(around 40sqm), which make any night time reading impossible. There should be bedside table lamps and reading lamps on the desk. 5. The indoor sofa is just not deep enough to be comfortable.
