Pros:

Wenn die Anlage nicht schon für sich sprechen würde, würden wir allein schon wegen des Personals wieder hingehen. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und das Team rund um Mia, Rosa, Vu, Daisy, Lily, Lee, Hannah, Amy und Dylan waren so bemüht uns die beste Zeit zu bescheren. Auch das Restaurantteam war super hilfsbereit und ist jederzeit auf unsere individuellen Wünsche eingegangen.
Das Spa und den Fitnessraum wollen wir ebenfalls positiv hervorheben. Gute Auswahl an Geräten und eine super gute Massage haben wir dort bekommen.
Ein riesen Dank an alle so lieben Menschen dort!
Wir können das Resort von Herzen empfehlen. Es war sauber und wir konnten uns kaum entscheiden, ob wir unsere Zeit im eigenen Garten am Pool oder auf den Liegen am Strand verbringen sollen, weil alles so schön war.

Vu, Rosa & the entire staff were always so helpful & kind.
Pros:

The property was quiet & felt like we had the resort to ourselves, which we loved as it was great to go back to after a day of shopping in Hoi An.
Stress free 10 min drive into Hoi A town, never having to wait more than 5 mins for a driver to drive us to & from the resort.
Gardens impeccably tidy as were the path ways and pool area.
Felt completely relaxed after our massage in the Spa.
An entire beach to ourselves also.
My daughter & I will definitely return to Vietnam and stay here again.
This was our first trip here & we were greeted by the warmest, kindest & friendliest of staff!

En Vietnam sintiéndose en casa
Pros:

La verdad es que el equipo humano es fantástico, cada uno de ellos: el gerente español José y el personal de recepción Mía, Lily, Daisy, Rosa,Vu,Lee,Hannah, Amy y Dylan se esmeraron en hacernos sentir en casa, lo cual se consiguió perfectamente, son todos súper amables.
El hotel está bajo nueva administración y están renovando las habitaciones.
Muy limpio, excelente cama y ropa de cama y toallas, también para la piscina, grande piscina muy linda y limpia . Buen aire acondicionado y buena TV, lindo SPA.
Bicicletas disponibles para moverse en el interior.
La naturaleza que rodea las instalaciones es otro punto alto, los cocoteros en la piscina y la playa.
La ubicación es muy buena por estar en la carretera que une Ho Ian y Da Nang (ambas ciudades están cerca una de otra).
El desayuno era a la carta por ser baja temporada y las opciones eran excelentes y abundantes (en alta temporada es tipo buffet), como estuvimos varios días, tal vez faltaba variedad, pero era muy bueno y nos explicaron que podíamos pedir otras frutas o jugos.

Cons:

El baño cumple su función, pero tiene una distribución q lo hace un poco incómodo.
Sugiero mejorar el inglés de quienes trabajan en la piscina y sería ideal q todos manejen algo de español.

I WAS HAPPY OVERALL AND WOULD STAY AGAIN
Pros:

Food was excellent ; both vietnamese and western (burgers etc).

Room was excellent value for money

Cons:

I did not like the shower - i had to climb into a bath tub (slippery as im 73 yo) and there was no curtain so water on the floor.

Удивительное место: большая территория, ухоженные газоны, которые ежедневно чистят, стригут и убирают, расположение практически на берегу моря. Пляж шикарный! Прожили на двухуровневой вилле с собственным бассейном 8 дней. Комфортно, чисто и тихо. Вилла просторная, на втором этаже был большой балкон, стол и стулья, по утрам можно наслаждаться тишиной и видом моря. Огромная кровать и туалетная комната. На первом этаже две кровати, диван, столик, небольшой холодильник, телевизор, гардероб, ванная комната очень просторная, туалет. Хороший бассейн, лежаки, садовые кресла, столик. Вобщем удобств предостаточно, уборка каждый день, белье белоснежное. Кто-то жаловался на жесткие кровати, не знаю, не почувствовали, очень приятная постель!👍 людей было мало. Завтраки стандартные, без изысков. Учитывайте, что отель расположен в городе Хойан, а до Дананге 20 км. Поблизости есть только пара лавок, где можно купить воды и пива и пара кафешек. Поесть в них вполне можно незатейливой местной кухни. Несколько раз заказывали еду через приложение Grab. Имейте с собой и наличные в местной валюте и международную карту. Деньги здесь нигде поблизости не поменяешь, а за услуги отеля нужно платить только картой! Теперь отдельно о персонале отеля: доброжелательность персонала заслуживает только высшей оценки! Внимание к своим гостям начинается задолго до вашего приезда. Менеджер создает чат только для вас в Wotsab и в нем все ваши просьбы и пожелания исполняются со скоростью звука! Всегда на связи, всегда подскажут, всегда исполнят! Это настоящая профессиональная команда! Lily, Daisy, Rosa, Mia, Vu, Lee, Amy, Hana, Dylan’s - мой низкий поклон! Rosa была нашей персональной нянькой😀, а Daisy - полностью курировала наше проживание с момента бронирования. Отдельное спасибо за поздравление моего мужа с Днем рождения! Он радовался, как ребенок!😀 дни пролетели быстро! Отдых был замечательный!

This is a place you do not want to pass up. Great for families. Great location away from all the tourist stuff but close

Pros:

Idyllisches Resort - Riesen Gelände welches sehr sehr ruhig ist. Alle Angestellten waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Die Villa mit Pool ist super, direkter Meerblick vom Pool oder vom Schlafzimmer. Nachts war es äußerst ruhig. Generell ist das Hotel überhaupt nicht überlaufen und super zu entspannen. An der Lobby kann man sich Fahrräder ausborgen, was bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen ist, da der Weg von der Villa zur Straße schon recht lange ist.

Cons:

Kleiner Minuspunkt war das die Poolbar schon recht früh zu macht, aber auch das lässt sich lösen :)

Pros:

性价比很不错，有私人沙滩，适合早起看日出，没事躺躺椅上就很舒服了，早餐比较常规。

Cons:

床头没有插座和灯的开关，这个设计也太不人性化了吧。两个淋浴器，一个是浴缸那里的，没法长时间淋浴，一个在坐便那边，水压比较小。就上面这两个，很影响体验。但是酒店价格便宜，我忍了。

Paradise by the sea
Pros:

Loved the gardens, the beachside location, the room design, the bikes and the delightful staff: VU, Daisy, Jose, Rosie, Lilly and Mia!

Cons:

A bit worried about the waste of food after the breakfast buffet - there was enough food for 100 people but only 6 guests! We really hope the staff are allowed to take it home!!
