Sujet Center Hotel by Haviland

Abbiamo trovato le cimici da letto in camera!! Appena siamo arrivati inoltre non c’era nessuno per il check in e abbiamo aspettato quasi mezz’ora. Poi siamo saliti ma la chiave elettronica era un po’ difettosa e abbiamo fatto fatica a entrare in camera. In più in bagno si è rotto il porta asciugamani appena entrati in camera in pratica. Insomma, soggiorno peggiore del nostro viaggio. L’unica cosa positiva che posso dire è che appena ho detto delle cimici da letto ci hanno cambiato stanza, era quasi l’una di notte. Al posto loro avrei fatto uno sconto o ci avrei ridato i soldi comunque dopo aver trovato gli insetti nel letto.

Description said we had a fridge, but there wasn’t one in our room. Advised staff but one never materialised during our stay. Not a problem in the grand scheme of things but it would have been nice to have.

Terrible room cleaning. Even though we always put all the trash from the table into the bin and prepared the room for housekeeping so the staff could clean more easily and understand what could be touched and what should be left alone, the tables were still not wiped, and the floors were cleaned terribly.

The photos were taken immediately after the cleaning. We also asked for the bed linen to be changed, but only the duvet cover was replaced. The pillowcases were simply left as they were.

After a couple of cleanings like this, for the rest of our stay we preferred to hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign and not let anyone into the room at all.

Worst Hotel experience ever! Arrive 10:45, 11:05 living room and bedroom making loud noise. I’m exhausted from travel. They bring technician, spends 2 hours in my room. Stops at 1am. No apologies from owners/corporate. Only 1/2 refund, ridiculous! They said it’s never happened before. No apology from corporate. Clearly do not care about guests.

A limpeza podia ser melhor

Permane sul piano odore di umidità e il bagno non è molto funzionale con scarico della doccia che drena molto lentamente lasciando il bagno inagibile per più di mezz’ora dopo la doccia. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa ma senza grossi risultati.
