Pros:

Mình ở đây 4 đêm, hết 2 đêm cúp nước , 1 đêm cúp điện. Phòng 101 ở mặt đất tương đối rộng, nhưng máy lạnh rất ồn. Phòng ngay mặt đất phía trước người người qua lại nên rất dơ. Ở trong khách sạn nhìn ra phía trước chỗ cổng, chuột chạy lung tung. Nói chung là không happy lắm ạ !

Upon arrival, the front desk staff repeatedly and aggressively demanded that I complete an online check-in and make an immediate payment. What disappointed me the most was not just the rigid procedure, but the staff's attitude. The entire interaction felt extremely pushy, hostile, and demonstrated a complete lack of basic trust toward your customers.
As a paying guest, I expected to feel welcomed. Instead, I was treated with suspicion, as if I were going to run away without paying. This ruined the beginning of my trip and left me feeling deeply disrespected.

Pros:

Удачное расположение отеля. Недалеко от основных достопримечательностей. Номер достаточно просторный , чистый . Есть чайник, кофе, чай. Небольшая кухонная зона с микроволновой. Сам отель оснащен лифтом. Что было очень удобно , поскольку мы жили на 4 этаже. Рядом хорошая кафешка.

Acceptable, but not for light sleepers
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the room size was big.

Cons:

Corridor light could go through the room door. We found it hard to sleep with the light on (we switched off the corridor light, but light from other rooms could still go through).

The AC has a device which kept making a noise every few minutes. A technician was sent to fix it, but the noise was still there, though with a lower frequency. If you are a light sleeper, this isn’t for you.

There’s no wash basin in the toilet. You have to get out of the room and walk to the other side of the room to wash hands. Also the toilet and the shower are next to each other, so after a shower, the toilet is also wet.

Pros:

The morning staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient.

Cons:

This hotel was better than another property in the same chain, but there were still several issues. The room was on the top floor and received direct sunlight all day. The air conditioner was not powerful enough and took a very long time to cool the room.

The bathroom had no hooks or shelves for clothes or towels, and there was no exhaust fan. The curtains also did not block out enough light, with sunlight shining directly above the bed early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

The night shift staff also struggled to communicate. His English was very limited, and even using a translation app was difficult because his pronunciation was very hard to understand. He also appeared irritated during the interaction, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Pros:

Das Sujet ist ein Budget Hotel! Es ist vietnamesisch sauber! Das Personal kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Der Hahn ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für den Preis war es ein guter Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Türen könnten abgedunkelt und gedämmt werden, auch die Stühle könnten ein paar Filzuntersetzer gebrauchen.

Pros:

Amazing stay. We had to last minute book a room and got a room here, which was spacious, clean, affordable, and had both a fan and AC. Staff was very nice too.
