excelente localização
Pros:

Excelente hotel e localização. Nota-se que é um hotel aberto há pouco tempo. O Spa por exemplo não estava a funcionar muito bem a nível do equipamento que dispõe. O sauna não aquecia por exemplo.
A recepção muito boa mas, no dia em que choveu o hotel não dispunha de chapéus de chuva minimamente suficientes. Pequeno almoço bom mas café expresso sem qualidade. Quartos com excelente insonorização. Muito bem localizado.

Cons:

Piscina exterior. Elevador para arrumar viatura no parking do hotel. Preço de 25 euros para usar o spa durante 55 minutos?!

A lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The size of the room and the large beds. The location was also fantastic and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The pool was really shallow which was a shame, and there wasn’t enough sunbeds around the pool. The pool bar was also almost never staffed.

Tutto quello che ti aspetti da un 5 stelle (in pieno centro)
Pros:

Hotel in posizione centralissima a due passi da Plaza Major, ma le stanze sono comunque perfettamente insonorizzate.
Pulizia più che buona.
Camera spaziosa e completa di tutto.
Ottima la qualità dei prodotti da bagno e anche quella degli asciugamani e accappatoi vari.
Presenti due lavabi nella zona bagno.
Ottima e raffinata la colazione, servita in una bella sala al quinto piano con una vista stupenda al sorgere del sole.
Personale gentile e professionale.

Cons:

Mancava il bidet.
La zona bagno non aveva una porta (il WC in una stanza a parte e la doccia, ovviamente si!); questa soluzione è sicuramente d'effetto per l'estetica ma un po' meno ideale dal punto di vista pratico

Perfect stay in Valladolid
Pros:

Surely the most beautiful hotel in Valladolid. Stunning interiors and spacious rooms. View from the rooftop. Great wine. Gym was top notch.

Cons:

Loved everything but be aware that the pool is a true dipping pool, perfect for cooling down after a hot day out and about, not a swimming pool. Saw a few disappointed children.
