Un buen hotel pero no parece un cinco estrellas en cuanto a servicios
Pros:

La ubicación y las vistas desde la zona de la piscina

Cons:

En la piscina no había suficientes tumbonas. No había tampoco suficientes toallas de piscina. El desayuno muy mejorable.

Excellent stay marred by the delay, due to the car lift breakdown.

Very modern and stylish

Cons:

We got stuck trying to get our car from the carpark as the car lift stopped working delaying us on our onward trip by 2 hours which was most inconvenient

Great place to stay if you are visiting Valladolid.
Pros:

Very good hotel. Great facilities and perfectly located. Amazing roof top restaurant/bar and plunge pool. We will definitely consider it again in our next visit to Valladolid. Staff was very helpful and eager to please. Thank you!

Cet hôtel n’a pas un niveau 5 étoiles. Déception.

Localisation de l’hôtel pour visiter la ville
Chambre confortable

Cons:

Piscine sale alors que l’établissement le savait.
Plafond de la chambre détérioré.
Personnel peu expérimenté.
Pas d’eau gazeuse au restaurant.
Pas de produit d’hygiène dans la salle malgré nos demandes récurrentes.
Le service du restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur.

Buen hotel en pleno centro
Pros:

El hotel está nuevo, en pleno centro de Valladolid. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, y cuentan con todo lo necesario para la estancia.

Cons:

La piscina, es pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarte los meses más calurosos, es muy bonita y tranquila, pero cuenta con pocas hamacas y sombrillas, lo que a veces dificulta que encuentres sitio.
