KEIN!!! SWIMMINGPOOL
Pros:

Alles, bis auf den nicht vorhandenen Swimminpool.

Cons:

KEIN!!! Swimmingpool. Es gibt ein - man könnte sagen - reflecting pool. Tiefe ca. 40!! cm, in Worten vierzig cm. Das ist ein Pool für Kleinstkinder, zum Schwimmen herrlich ungeeignet. Für mich war der Pool ein Hauptkriterium für meine Buchung. Ich fühle mich um den Pool betrogen.

Cons:

Mala experiencia con el cargador eléctrico. Elegimos el hotel por tener cargadores para VE y llamamos para confirmarlo. Al llegar estaba instalando nuevos cargadores de pago, pero se nos aseguró que podríamos cargar. Durante el día se nos fue dando largas hasta que a ultima hora de la tarde nos informaron de que no se podía utilizar hasta el día siguiente a las 9h. No se nos dió solución ni compensación, un "lo siento" les pareció suficiente. Tras reclamar una solución finalmente aceptaron facilitarme un enchufe tipo schuko con el que puede hacer algo de carga, algo es algo. Entiendo que puedan ocurrir imprevistos, lo que no entiendo es la impasibilidad ante estos imprevistos y la falta de responsabilidad.

Séjour au centre-ville de VALLADOLID
Pros:

L'emplacement est extraordinaire à 100m de la Plaza Major.
La courtoisie du personnel.
Le Wi-fi performant. La qualité des équipements de la chambre.

Cons:

L''accès au parking de l'hôtel un peu compliqué.
La profondeur de la piscine : seulement à la hauteur du genou !!!

Good location but poor excuse for a pool
Pros:

Great location and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful

Cons:

I chose it for the rooftop pool but it was falsely advertised as a pool. The pool depth was so shallow it was barely enough to cover your feet which was very disappointing as it was very hot and we would have liked to cool off. They should not say it has a pool or should explain it better

Buena ubicación, cómodo y limpio

Cons:

Ridículo el precio del spa, 25€ para clientes y 30€ para no clientes, o se ofrece a los clientes o dejarlo en 30€, sino queda bastante ridículo.
Era la noche de nuestra boda y ni un detalle, esperábamos más de un hotel 5 estrellas...
Pedimos que nos sugieran una maleta y tuvimos que volver a llamar...

Buenas habitaciones, el desayuno bastante bien

Cons:

El personal bastante pasota, hablaban entre ellos mientras esperaba a ser atendido, tuvieron un error porque solicite un masaje y no lo apuntaron bien y no me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa mas que unas disculpas, un check out sin preguntar que tal la experiencia etc
