Muy buen hotel con un personal excelente.
Pros:

Un hotel completamente nuevo. El personal de recepción es excelente: eficiente a la hora de resolver cualquier problema o duda y extremadamente amable. Sobresaliente.
El desayuno (sexta planta) inmejorable: de nuevo, el personal excelente y amable. El ambiente es muy relajado y nada agobiante. Buenas vistas.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente (aunque al llegar en coche hay que transitar por ciertas calles con acceso restringido al tráfico).En cualquier caso, el hotel ya nos dio una información previa para facilitar la llegada.
La séptima planta tiene una muy buena pinta (aunque no tuvimos ocasión de disfrutar una velada esta vez; (lo haremos en la próxima visita a Valladolid).

Pros:

Desayuno espectacular. Personal super amable y educado. La cama comodísima. La localización perfecta y el parking es cómodo.
La terraza con piscina fresca para los días de calor se agradecen.
Todo muy limpio y cuidado al detalle.

Excelente hotel para alojarse en el centro de Valladolid

La situación, que la habitación tenía todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo y el excelente desayuno.

CALIDAD EXCEPCIONAL EN EL CENTRO DE VALLADOLID
Pros:

Personal excepcional, igual en la la recepción con Miriam, que fue muy amable y con ganas de ayudar en todo momento, que en el restaurante con Aixara que estuvo muy atenta a cualquier cosa que nos faltara o que deseáramos tomar como desayuno.
Dentro de la habitación, destacar la alta calidad de colchón y almohadas, así como de la lencería.
Una grandísima experiencia que esperamos volver a repetir.

La chambre au 5 étage, le restaurant, très recommandable, avec une jolie vue, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La piscine n’a pas de profondeur, c’est un couloir de nage entièrement en petit bain. Mais la vue sur la ville est belle.
