Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel en kunnen het van harte aanbevelen!

Vanaf het moment van aankomst werden we ontzettend vriendelijk en warm ontvangen door het personeel. Omdat wij hier verbleven tijdens onze huwelijksreis, werden we bovendien verrast met een prachtige upgrade van onze kamer. Bij aankomst stond er een mooi gedekte tafel klaar met een fles champagne, wat ons direct een heel speciaal en welkom gevoel gaf. Deze persoonlijke aandacht maakte onze honeymoon extra bijzonder.

Het hotel zelf is prachtig ingericht, stijlvol en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles was brandschoon en straalde kwaliteit en comfort uit. Ook het eten was uitstekend: iedere maaltijd was heerlijk bereid en van hoge kwaliteit. Daarnaast hebben we enorm genoten van de koffie, die echt uitstekend was.

Wat dit hotel echt uniek maakt, is de ligging. Het bevindt zich in een groene oase van rust, waardoor je volledig kunt ontspannen. Tegelijkertijd ligt het midden in de stad, maar daar merk je helemaal niets van. Het voelt alsof je even helemaal weg bent van alle drukte, terwijl alles toch binnen handbereik is.

Dank aan het geweldige team voor hun gastvrijheid en de onvergetelijke ervaring. Wij zouden dit hotel zonder enige twijfel aan iedereen aanbevelen en komen graag nog eens terug!

Lovely hotel with nice staff and cool interior, I will come back but bring my own pillow 😉
Pros:

Cool vibe, interior excellent , super friendly staff.
Nice pool and bar area. Food was delicious.

Cons:

The room was quite small. Almost no space around the bed, no space for luggage.
But the biggest problem were the pillows, which were to high and gave us neck issues.
I hope they get a variety of pillows to choose from.

A truly wonderful 4 night stay in Nairobi with great owners and staff

My stay at Celine & Lolo in Nairobi was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the owners genuinely care - not just about creating a beautiful property, but about their guests and staff as people. The warmth, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made the experience feel incredibly personal and welcoming.

What stood out most was how they handled a small laundry miscommunication during my stay. Rather than being dismissive, they immediately addressed it with kindness and graciously comped the service, which spoke volumes about their integrity and commitment to guest experience.

It’s rare to find hospitality that feels this genuine. Celine & Lolo manages to combine beautiful accommodations with a level of care and humanity that leaves a lasting impression. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi.

Pros:

Cute hotel with a great restaurent on site. The pool and plants are very pretty. Staff communicated very well and is always available via Whatsapp. The handwritten welcome note was a nice surprise.

Cons:

It was a bit loud in the room from the restaurant but only until 22.30

Good vibe, great staff, amazing food!
Pros:

We stayed for two nights and spent a very relaxing day at the pool, while staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar serves nice bites and drinks. Recommend the burger! Clean rooms with a great design!

A must stay when visiting Nairobi, lush location, amazingly well designed, great staff and safe.
Pros:

We absolutely fell in love with this brand new boutique hotel situated in the lush green area of Lavington. As our initial 3 days stop for a 'bush to beach' safari highly recommended!. From the moment we arrived it felt like walking into a Slim Aarons photo set, so well designed & executed, from the rooms & bathrooms, the restaurant Lolo and the colourful pool area. The staff, in their colourful matching outfits, is very attentive and the menu, from breakfast to diner and cocktails extraordinary well balanced. A must stay when in Nairobi and very safe.
