Great location, facilities and good size room
We were kept waiting at check-in and advised our room wasn’t ready with inaccurate advice regarding a late check out by a member of staff, which was later corrected by another member of the team who acknowledged we should have been checked in earlier.
La ubicacion, el personal de limpieza y el restaurante,
El personal de recepción no mantiene el estándar, 2 problemas derivados con 2 envios de amazon supuestamente no recibidos por el hotel fueron tratados de distinta manera, un turno fue negligente y mal educado mientras que el otro turno que le plantee mi problema con el paquete sin advertir mi antecedente con el turno de la mañana lo resolvio de inmediato y gratamente simplemente buscando el envio dentro de sus instalaciones.
Room was great for traveling with friends because it had two king size beds plus room was spacious and bathroom was newly remodeled and clean.
Lack of drawers in room but made it work - "lived" out of our luggage!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully upgraded and everything was made very convenient. The valet were quick and accommodating.
Not quite walking distance to attractions but there were e-bikes available less than a block away.
