Obiekt zachwyca genialną strefą Wellness, trzema basenami i pięknymi widokami.
Pros:

W obiekcie zdecydowanie na plus zasługuje strefa Wellness – świetne sauny oraz grota solna robią duże wrażenie. Super baseny i jest ich aż trzy (całkiem spore): dwa w środku i jeden duży z pięknym widokiem. Dodatkowo dwa jacuzzi na zewnątrz również robią ogromne wrażenie podczas kąpieli w bąbelkach z taką panoramą. Pokój był bardzo duży i przestronny, co zapewniało duży komfort. Na pochwałę zasługuje również bardzo ładna restauracja, w której serwowane są super śniadania z dużym wyborem jedzenia. Całości dopełnia bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Sam pobyt miał spory potencjał, jednak kilka kwestii mocno nas rozczarowało, szczególnie jak na hotel o standardzie 5 gwiazdek. Podczas codziennego sprzątania nie została uzupełniona woda w pokoju, co w tym standardzie powinno dziać się automatycznie. Jednego dnia zapomniano również o dołożeniu kapsułki do ekspresu. Na Booking.com zabrakło jasnej informacji, że jacuzzi jest współdzielone i przypisane do dwóch osobnych apartamentów – rezerwując ofertę, liczyliśmy na pełną prywatność. Samo korzystanie z jacuzzi było utrudnione przez brak schodków ułatwiających wchodzenie. Dodatkowo woda w jacuzzi miała nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny. Wynika to zapewne ze zbyt szczelnego zamknięcia pokrywą i braku odpowiedniej wentylacji oraz filtracji – właściciel powinien pilnie rozwiązać ten problem. Kolejnym dużym minusem był bardzo, ale to bardzo miękki materac, który negatywnie wpłynął na komfort snu. Minusem był też całkowity brak stolika i krzesełek na tarasie, co skutecznie uniemożliwiło wypicie porannej kawy. Wstawienie nawet skromnego zestawu mebli to mały koszt, a dla gości ogromna satysfakcja. Liczę, że obiekt wyciągnie wnioski.

Wyjątkowy hotel pięknie położony na wzgórzu z widokiem na jezioro i kotlinę jeleniogórską. Wyborne SPA & Wellness z dostępem do basenów, saun, jacuzzi. Przepyszna wyjątkowa kuchnia. Cisza po którą naprawdę warto się tam wybrać. Zdecydowanie polecam, napewno jeszcze wrócę. :)
